N\u00eb periudh\u00ebn 2021-2025, shuma minimale e p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsis\u00eb p\u00ebr \u00e7do person t\u00eb d\u00ebmtuar n\u00eb aksident do t\u00eb rritet me 2 milion\u00eb lek\u00eb \u00e7do vit, duke arritur n\u00eb nivelin final prej 30 milion\u00eb lek\u00ebsh n\u00eb vitin 2025.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">M\u00eb konkretisht, nga 20 milion\u00eb lek\u00eb q\u00eb ishte vitin e kaluar, prej 1 janarit 2022 limit i p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsis\u00eb p\u00ebr \u00e7do person t\u00eb d\u00ebmtuar n\u00eb aksident \u00ebsht\u00eb rritur n\u00eb 22 milion\u00eb Lek\u00eb. N\u00eb 1 janar 2023 do t\u00eb hyj\u00eb n\u00eb fuqi rritja e radh\u00ebs, me 2 milion\u00eb lek\u00eb t\u00eb tjera.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">P\u00ebr d\u00ebmet e shkaktuara nga nj\u00eb ngjarje sigurimi, kufiri minimal i p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsis\u00eb p\u00ebr \u00e7do mjet \u00ebsht\u00eb rritur n\u00eb 55 milion\u00eb lek\u00eb, q\u00eb prej fillimit t\u00eb k\u00ebtij viti. Sidoqoft\u00eb, edhe n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb rast, kufijt\u00eb minimal\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsis\u00eb do t\u00eb rriten gradualisht me 4 milion\u00eb lek\u00eb \u00e7do vit deri n\u00eb vitin 2025.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Nga ana tjet\u00ebr, sipas siguruesve, rritja e \u00e7mimeve k\u00ebt\u00eb vit ka prekur edhe pjes\u00ebt e k\u00ebmbimit t\u00eb automjeteve dhe sh\u00ebrbimet teknike t\u00eb riparimit t\u00eb tyre. Kjo pritet t\u00eb sjell\u00eb nj\u00eb rritje t\u00eb shpenzimeve p\u00ebr d\u00ebme nga kompanit\u00eb.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Duke iu referuar statistikave t\u00eb Autoritetit t\u00eb Mbik\u00ebqyrjes Financiare (AMF), p\u00ebr 10-mujorin 2022 d\u00ebmi mesatar i paguar n\u00eb sigurimin e detyruesh\u00ebm TPL arriti n\u00eb 196 mij\u00eb lek\u00eb, n\u00eb rritje me 8.4% krahasuar me t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebn periudh\u00eb t\u00eb vitit t\u00eb kaluar.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Sipas ligjit n\u00eb fuqi, shoq\u00ebrit\u00eb e sigurimit i p\u00ebrcaktojn\u00eb vet\u00eb tarifat e primit t\u00eb sigurimit t\u00eb detyruesh\u00ebm p\u00ebr mjetet motorike, duke marr\u00eb parasysh faktor\u00ebt e riskut. Megjithat\u00eb, shoq\u00ebria duhet t\u00eb njoftoj\u00eb AMF t\u00eb pakt\u00ebn 30 (tridhjet\u00eb) dit\u00eb kalendarike p\u00ebrpara aplikimit t\u00eb tarifave t\u00eb reja t\u00eb primit dhe t\u00eb depozitoj\u00eb nj\u00ebkoh\u00ebsisht bazat teknike, faktor\u00ebt e riskut dhe vler\u00ebsimet aktuariale t\u00eb p\u00ebrdorura p\u00ebr llogaritjen e k\u00ebtyre primeve, t\u00eb shoq\u00ebruara me opinionin e aktuarit t\u00eb autorizuar t\u00eb shoq\u00ebris\u00eb.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">AMF mund t\u00eb urdh\u00ebroj\u00eb rishikimin e tarifave t\u00eb reja t\u00eb primeve n\u00ebse konstaton se baza e t\u00eb dh\u00ebnave p\u00ebr hartimin e tabelave t\u00eb primit nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb e sakt\u00eb ose shoq\u00ebria e sigurimit nuk ka vepruar n\u00eb p\u00ebrputhje me parimet aktuariale dhe metodologjin\u00eb e p\u00ebrdorur p\u00ebr p\u00ebrfshirjen e faktor\u00ebve t\u00eb riskut t\u00eb p\u00ebrcaktuara me rregullore.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Sipas burimeve nga tregu, nj\u00eb risi tjet\u00ebr p\u00ebr vitin 2023 pritet t\u00eb jet\u00eb aplikimi i primeve t\u00eb diferencuara sigurimit TPL, sipas kategorive t\u00eb mjeteve. P\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb q\u00ebllim, vitin e kaluar AMF konsultoi me aktuar\u00ebt e autorizuar t\u00eb shoq\u00ebrive nj\u00eb projektrregullore \u201cP\u00ebr p\u00ebrcaktimin e nivelit t\u00eb provigjoneve teknike dhe t\u00eb faktor\u00ebve t\u00eb riskut p\u00ebr produktet e sigurimit t\u00eb detyruesh\u00ebm n\u00eb sektorin e transportit\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Dokumenti parashikonte nj\u00eb list\u00eb t\u00eb faktor\u00ebve t\u00eb riskut q\u00eb kompanit\u00eb e sigurimeve duket t\u00eb p\u00ebrdorin p\u00ebr t\u00eb llogaritur primet q\u00eb drejtuesit duhet t\u00eb paguajn\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb siguruar mjetet e tyre.
