E tha Rama publikisht q\u00eb kjo b\u00ebhej sepse Presidenti i m\u00ebparsh\u00ebm kishte dh\u00ebn\u00eb shum\u00eb dekorata, kishte respektuar shum\u00eb personalitete dhe k\u00ebto mund t\u00eb ishin mb\u00ebshtetje dhe mund t\u00eb p\u00ebrktheheshin n\u00eb vota p\u00ebr t\u00eb. Nuk kishte se si t\u2019ju shp\u00ebtonin dhe k\u00ebto dekoratat. I mori Rama p\u00ebr qokat e tij. Keni krijuar kancelarin\u00eb p\u00ebr urdhrat dhe medaljet. Kancelari do t\u00eb em\u00ebrohet nga ana e kryeministrit. Nuk ka as statusin e n\u00ebnpun\u00ebsit civil. Me kod pune q\u00eb kryeministri e heq dhe e vendos, q\u00eb t\u00eb mos i shkoj\u00eb nd\u00ebrmend t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb ndonj\u00eb l\u00ebvizje pa e ditur kryeministri. Edhe n\u00eb kolegjin p\u00ebrkat\u00ebs, jan\u00eb 9 an\u00ebtar\u00eb, prej t\u00eb cil\u00ebve, 8 jan\u00eb t\u00eb kryueministrit. Dhe nj\u00eb prej an\u00ebtar\u00ebve \u00ebsht\u00eb nga Akademia e Shkencave. Sot q\u00eb ne e kemi Akadein\u00eb e Shkencave t\u00eb kapur politikisht, q\u00eb drejtohet nga ish-ministri i fundit i arsimit. Edhe ky an\u00ebtar \u00ebsht\u00eb nga e nj\u00ebjta parti. Presidenti ka vet\u00ebm nj\u00eb an\u00ebtar n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb kolegj. I keni vendosur limite p\u00ebr limite.<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><em>Presidentit i keni vendosur vet\u00ebm 10% tag\u00ebr p\u00ebr t\u00eb vendosur n\u00eb at\u00eb kolegj.
