Fokusi do t\u00eb jet\u00eb n\u00eb rritjen e deklarimit t\u00eb pagave n\u00eb tregun e pun\u00ebs dhe p\u00ebr t\u00eb vijuar me auditimet n\u00eb subjektet n\u00eb fush\u00ebn e sigurimit, medias dhe arsimit q\u00eb ishin me parregullsi t\u00eb m\u00ebdha gjat\u00eb auditimeve t\u00eb para t\u00eb kryera nga ana e task forc\u00ebs p\u00ebr informalitetin.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Aktivitetet e planifikuara n\u00eb vitin 2023<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Kriteret e reja dhe t\u00eb p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsuara t\u00eb rrezikut p\u00ebr identifikimin e tatimpaguesve p\u00ebr t\u00eb cil\u00ebt s\u2019ka p\u00ebrputhje (tatimpaguesit me rritje t\u00eb t\u00eb ardhurave por ulje t\u00eb detyrimit p\u00ebr TVSH n\u00eb; tatimpaguesit me nj\u00eb raport jonormal nd\u00ebrmjet blerjeve dhe shitjeve, tatimpaguesit e biznesit t\u00eb bizneseve t\u00eb vogla q\u00eb nuk deklarojn\u00eb shpenzimet (p.sh. faturat e energjis\u00eb elektrike) me q\u00ebllim t\u00eb mos deklarimit t\u00eb qarkullimit real, tatimpaguesit q\u00eb tentojn\u00eb t\u00eb shmangin p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsit\u00eb tatimore duke q\u00ebndruar brenda kufijve t\u00eb qarkullimit, tatimpaguesit me paga t\u00eb n\u00ebndeklaruara p\u00ebr punonj\u00ebsit e tyre dhe tatimpaguesit q\u00eb shmangin regjistrimin e punonj\u00ebsve \u2013 t\u00eb identifikuar nga krahasimi i t\u00eb dh\u00ebnave disavje\u00e7are).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">P\u00ebrballja me evazionin fiskal, mashtrimin fiskal dhe informalitetin, duke p\u00ebrdorur monitorimin n\u00eb koh\u00eb reale t\u00eb transaksioneve financiare nd\u00ebrmjet tatimpaguesve, sipas sistemit t\u00eb sapo implementuar t\u00eb fiskalizimit (sistemi i monitorimit dhe mbik\u00ebqyrjes s\u00eb aktiviteteve tregtare t\u00eb tatimpaguesve nga organet tatimore shqiptare).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Ky sistem do t\u00eb sjell\u00eb m\u00eb shum\u00eb raportim t\u00eb transaksioneve me cash dhe t\u00eb reduktoj\u00eb transaksionet e fshehura pa para me nj\u00eb kontroll m\u00eb t\u00eb mir\u00eb t\u00eb sistemit fiskal. Do t\u00eb ndihmoj\u00eb gjithashtu efikasitetin n\u00eb raportimin fiskal duke mbledhur m\u00eb shum\u00eb t\u00eb dh\u00ebna nga tatimpaguesit dhe duke plot\u00ebsuar paraprakisht kthimin e TVSH-s\u00eb me k\u00ebto t\u00eb dh\u00ebna.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Hartimi dhe zbatimi i nj\u00eb programi pajtueshm\u00ebrie p\u00ebr individ\u00ebt m\u00eb t\u00eb pasur.
