Ato kan\u00eb filluar t\u00eb miratojn\u00eb kurrikula t\u00eb reja p\u00ebrkat\u00ebse me standarde profesionale n\u00eb sistemet e tyre arsimore, duke krijuar korniza (Testimet Pisa[3]) t\u00eb reja evaluimi me q\u00ebllim q\u00eb t\u00eb tentohet modernizimi i sistemit t\u00eb m\u00ebsimdh\u00ebnies q\u00eb t\u00eb rinjt\u00eb t\u00eb marrin shkatht\u00ebsit\u00eb e duhura p\u00ebr t\u2019u zhvilluar dhe t\u00eb jen\u00eb t\u00eb gatsh\u00ebm p\u00ebr vazhdimin e shkollimit apo p\u00ebr t\u00eb qen\u00eb t\u00eb gatsh\u00ebm p\u00ebr tregun e pun\u00ebs. Sipas indeksit t\u00eb p\u00ebrcaktimit t\u00eb PISA-s ndarja n\u00eb k\u00ebto tre kategori \u00ebsht\u00eb si vijon :\u00a0 zonat rurale\u00a0 llogariten t\u00eb jen\u00eb vendet q\u00eb kan\u00eb m\u00eb pak se 3 mij\u00eb banor\u00eb, nd\u00ebrsa qytezat llogariten t\u00eb jen\u00eb ato vende q\u00eb variojn\u00eb nga 3 mij\u00eb deri n\u00eb 100 mij\u00eb banor\u00eb, dhe qytetet ose zonat urbane mbi 100 mij\u00eb banor\u00eb. N\u00eb Kosov\u00eb dhe Shqip\u00ebri 13% dhe 26% e nx\u00ebn\u00ebsve kan\u00eb ndjekur p\u00ebrkat\u00ebsisht shkoll\u00ebn rurale. Shqip\u00ebria ka 405 pik\u00eb n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb disiplin\u00eb t\u00eb PISA-s, me 56 pik\u00eb m\u00eb shum\u00eb nga pjes\u00ebmarrja e par\u00eb n\u00eb vitin 2000, Mal i Zi ka 421 pik\u00eb, 29 pik\u00eb m\u00eb shum\u00eb se nga pjes\u00ebmarrja e par\u00eb n\u00eb vitin 2006. Bosnja ka 403 pik\u00eb n\u00eb pjes\u00ebmarrjen e saj t\u00eb par\u00eb dhe t\u00eb vetme n\u00eb vitin\u00a0 2018 .
