D. goditur n\u00eb af\u00ebrsi t\u00eb banes\u00ebs, nga nj\u00eb shtetas i paidentifikuar, menj\u00ebher\u00eb kan\u00eb organizuar pun\u00ebn p\u00ebr identifikimin dhe kapjen e autorit.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><em>Pas nj\u00eb pune profesionale dhe hetimore, t\u00eb kryer nga specialist\u00ebt p\u00ebr Hetimin e\u00a0 Krimit t\u00eb Komisariatit t\u00eb Policis\u00eb Nr. 5, n\u00eb Kamz\u00eb, n\u00eb bashk\u00ebpunim me Prokurorin\u00eb e Rrethit Gjyq\u00ebsor Tiran\u00eb, fal\u00eb dhe p\u00ebrdorimit t\u00eb metodave speciale t\u00eb hetimit, u b\u00eb i mundur identifikimi, lokalizimi, kapjen\u00a0 dhe arrestimi, n\u00eb rrug\u00ebn \u201cSami Frash\u00ebri\u201d, i shtetasit\u00a0 R. S., 32 vje\u00e7, lindur n\u00eb Berat dhe banues n\u00eb rrug\u00ebn &#8220;Ndre Mjeda&#8221;, Tiran\u00eb. Ky shtetas, m\u00eb dat\u00eb 13.11.2022, rreth or\u00ebs 12:00, ka goditur disa her\u00eb, me grushte, p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb detyr\u00ebs, n\u00eb af\u00ebrsi t\u00eb banes\u00ebs, n\u00eb Kamz\u00eb, gazetarin A. D., duke i shkaktuar d\u00ebmtime fizike.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><em>Arrestimi i shtetasit R. S. u b\u00eb\u00a0 bazuar ne dokumentimin e administrimin e provat\u00a0 shkencore e ligjore, p\u00ebr vepr\u00ebn penale \u201cGoditja p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb detyr\u00ebs\u201d. N\u00eb bashk\u00ebpunim me Prokurorin\u00eb po vijon puna p\u00ebr dokumentimin e plot\u00eb t\u00eb k\u00ebsaj ngjarjeje dhe identifikimin e\u00a0 personave t\u00eb tjer\u00eb t\u00eb implikuar n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb ngjarje.
