\u201cP\u00ebrjashtimi nga k\u00ebrkesa p\u00ebr viz\u00eb do t\u00eb zbatohet vet\u00ebm nga data e fillimit t\u00eb funksionimit t\u00eb Sistemit Evropian t\u00eb Informacionit dhe Autorizimit t\u00eb Udh\u00ebtimit (ETIAS) dhe n\u00eb \u00e7do rast jo m\u00eb von\u00eb se m\u00eb 1 dhjetor 2023<\/em>\u201d, thuhet n\u00eb draftin m\u00eb t\u00eb ri.<\/span><\/p>\n

Me k\u00ebt\u00eb rast, n\u00ebse deri t\u00eb m\u00ebrkur\u00ebn m\u00eb 16 n\u00ebntor n\u00eb or\u00ebn 2, nuk reagon, p\u00ebrkat\u00ebsisht kund\u00ebrshton asnj\u00eb shtet an\u00ebtar\u00eb i Bashkimit Evropian, at\u00ebher\u00eb konsiderohet se teksti n\u00eb fjal\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb miratuar dhe dosja e vizave kalon n\u00eb nivel politik.<\/span><\/p>\n

Shtyrja p\u00ebr nj\u00eb muaj nga burimet diplomatike shpjegohet me faktin se 1 n\u00ebntori n\u00eb agjend\u00ebn e BE-s\u00eb akoma q\u00ebndron si afat i mundsh\u00ebm kur ETIAS duhet t\u00eb jet\u00eb plot\u00ebsisht funksional dhe me k\u00ebt\u00eb rast edhe hyn n\u00eb fuqi liberalizimi i vizave.<\/span><\/p>\n

N\u00eb rast t\u00eb shtyrjes s\u00eb s\u00ebrish t\u00eb ETIAS-it, at\u00ebher\u00eb lejohet q\u00eb kosovar\u00ebt t\u00eb l\u00ebvizin lirsh\u00ebm m\u00eb s\u00eb von\u00eb m\u00eb 1 dhjetor n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb q\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtjet eventuale teknike n\u00eb nivel evropian t\u00eb mos cenojn\u00eb l\u00ebvizjen e lir\u00eb p\u00ebr shtetasit Kosovar.<\/span><\/p>\n
