Enti Rregullator i Energjis\u00eb (ERE) ka shtyr\u00eb edhe me tre muaj t\u00eb tjer\u00eb afatin p\u00ebr kompanin\u00eb E Vento Srl sa i takon dor\u00ebzimit t\u00eb dokumentacionit t\u00eb nevojsh\u00ebm mjedisor dhe gjasht\u00eb muaj p\u00ebr at\u00eb pron\u00ebsor. <\/span><\/p>\n

Kompania parashikon nd\u00ebrtimin e nj\u00eb parku eolik me kapacitet 72 MW n\u00eb Jug t\u00eb vendit, nj\u00eb projekt ky q\u00eb daton qysh nga viti 2008 por zbatimi i tij ka mbetur pezull duke mos avancuar. <\/span><\/p>\n

Duket se kriza e energjis\u00eb q\u00eb ka zgjuar \u201coreksin\u201d e investimeve t\u00eb shumta n\u00eb fotovolatik\u00eb dhe eolik\u00eb ka b\u00ebr\u00eb q\u00eb edhe projekti n\u00eb fjal\u00eb t\u00eb ket\u00eb zhvillime t\u00eb reja sa i takon rrug\u00ebs drejt konkretizimit.<\/span><\/p>\n

Enti n\u00eb vendimin e tij zbardh gjithashtu se sa i p\u00ebrket realizimit t\u00eb investimeve p\u00ebr zhvillimin e projektit, shoq\u00ebria ka depozituar nj\u00eb marr\u00ebveshje investimi nd\u00ebrmjet saj dhe shoq\u00ebris\u00eb \u201cG.P.G COMPANY\u201d sh.p.k. me objekt bashk\u00ebpunimin mes dy shoq\u00ebrive p\u00ebr t\u00eb mund\u00ebsuar realizimin e projektit t\u00eb nd\u00ebrtimit t\u00eb parkut eolik, ku shoq\u00ebria \u201cG.P.G COMPANY\u201d sh.p.k. merr p\u00ebrsip\u00ebr t\u00eb mbuloj\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha shpenzimet e nevojshme t\u00eb paraqitura p\u00ebr realizimin.<\/span><\/p>\n

Deklarata mjedisore e kompanis\u00eb nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb siguruar dhe kjo e fundit ka argumentuar para ERE-s se miratimi nuk varet prej saj. Pas nj\u00eb aplikimi t\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb n\u00eb maj n\u00eb Agjencin\u00eb Komb\u00ebtare t\u00eb Mjedisit E Vento SRL aplikoi s\u00ebrish n\u00eb fund t\u00eb tetorit duke p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb p\u00ebrmbledhjen joteknike t\u00eb projektit.<\/span><\/p>\n

Projekti i parkut eolik<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

N\u00eb dokumentet e kompanis\u00eb cil\u00ebsohet se kapaciteti i instaluar do t\u00eb jet\u00eb 72 MW nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb q\u00eb do t\u00eb vendoset n\u00eb disa rajone n\u00eb zon\u00ebn e Sarand\u00ebs. Konkretisht n\u00eb zon\u00ebn e Livadhjas\u00eb sipas kompanis\u00eb do t\u00eb vendosen disa turbina.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cProjekti i nism\u00ebs \u00ebsht\u00eb realizimi i nj\u00eb centrali p\u00ebr prodhimin e energjis\u00eb elektrike nga burime eolike n\u00eb territorin e rajonit t\u00eb Sarand\u00ebs, p\u00ebrkat\u00ebsisht ne 6 impiante n\u00eb Nj\u00ebsin\u00eb Administrative Livadhja (Bashkia Finiq), 17 impiante n\u00eb Nj\u00ebsin\u00eb Administrative Markat (Bashkia Konispol) t\u00eb tipit Gamesa G80 nga 2000 kW= 2 MW, me nj\u00eb fuqi totale prej 46 MW. Parashikon t\u00eb prodhoj\u00eb nj\u00eb sasi elektriciteti prej rreth 124 200 MWh\/vit.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

Turbinat jan\u00eb treflet\u00ebshe me shpejt\u00ebsi variabel dhe kontroll t\u00eb fuqis\u00eb\/momentit n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet rregullimit t\u00eb hapit t\u00eb flet\u00ebve, me nj\u00eb diamet\u00ebr t\u00eb rotorit 80 m dhe lart\u00ebsi t\u00eb mocos t\u00eb zgjedhur 78 m. N\u00eb maj\u00eb t\u00eb kull\u00ebs prej \u00e7eliku ndodhet nj\u00eb kabin\u00eb prej materiali xhamr\u00ebshiror, brenda s\u00eb cil\u00ebs ndodhet gjeneratori elektrik asinkron trefazesh me polaritet t\u00eb dyfisht\u00eb.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

Fillimi i prodhimit t\u00eb energjis\u00eb elektrike kryhet p\u00ebr nj\u00eb shpejt\u00ebsi t\u00eb er\u00ebs 4 m\/s nd\u00ebrsa shk\u00ebputja ndodh p\u00ebr shpejt\u00ebsi t\u00eb er\u00ebs 25 m\/s. Zona p\u00ebrfshihet n\u00eb nj\u00eb rajon me er\u00ebra, q\u00eb ka nj\u00eb lart\u00ebsi mesatare mbi nivelin e detit prej 750 metra dhe \u00ebsht\u00eb ndar\u00eb n\u00eb dy male t\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00ebjtit kompleks (Mali Mil dhe Mali M\u00eblleze). Kreshtat e t\u00eb dy relieveve se bashku me territorin rrethues jan\u00eb t\u00eb that\u00eb, aktualisht t\u00eb destinuara p\u00ebr kullotat e bag\u00ebtive t\u00eb imta\u201d<\/em> thuhet n\u00eb dokument.\/N.Maho<\/span><\/p>\n
