Momentalisht, godinat e reja, t\u00eb cilat priten t\u00eb hyjn\u00eb n\u00eb treg n\u00eb vitin e ardhsh\u00ebm, kan\u00eb nj\u00eb ofert\u00eb \u00e7mimi m\u00eb t\u00eb lart\u00eb se \u00e7mimet aktuale t\u00eb zyrave.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u00c7mimet p\u00ebr ambiente me zyra m\u00eb t\u00eb mira kan\u00eb arritur deri n\u00eb 37 euro\/m\u00b2 nga \u00e7mimi mesatar prej 25 euro nj\u00eb vit m\u00eb par\u00eb.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">K\u00ebto godina priten t\u2019u japin qiramarr\u00ebsve nj\u00eb mjedis m\u00eb modern zyrash dhe disa prej tyre priten t\u00eb sjellin n\u00eb treg edhe certifikime nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare si ato LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design).
