N\u00eb sall\u00ebn operative Tepelen\u00eb, ka ardhur nj\u00eb telefonat\u00eb se n\u00eb lagjen \u201c15 Shtatori\u201d, Tepelen\u00eb, nj\u00eb shtetas qarkullonte me arm\u00eb zjarri. Menj\u00ebher\u00eb pas marrjes s\u00eb njoftimit, fal\u00eb nd\u00ebrhyrjes s\u00eb menj\u00ebhershme dhe profesionale t\u00eb sh\u00ebrbimeve t\u00eb Policis\u00eb, \u00ebsht\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb e mundur kapja dhe neutralizimi i shtetasit R. H., 17 vje\u00e7, banues n\u00eb Tepelen\u00eb, si dhe sekuestrimi i arm\u00ebs s\u00eb zjarrit automatik q\u00eb ai mbante me vete.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

Ky shtetas, pas nj\u00eb konflikti t\u00eb \u00e7astit, p\u00ebr motive t\u00eb dob\u00ebta, me tre bashk\u00ebmoshatar\u00eb, \u00ebsht\u00eb larguar, ka marr\u00eb nj\u00eb arm\u00eb zjarri dhe m\u00eb pas \u00ebsht\u00eb rikthyer n\u00eb vendin e konfliktit.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

N\u00eb ambientet e Komisariatit t\u00eb Policis\u00eb Tepelen\u00eb jan\u00eb shoq\u00ebruar edhe tre shtetasit e tjer\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb n\u00eb konflikt.
