Nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb q\u00eb investimet e huaja direkte n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri k\u00ebt\u00eb vit po sh\u00ebnojn\u00eb vlera rekord, nj\u00eb tendenc\u00eb t\u00eb ngjashme shfaqin edhe investimet shqiptare jasht\u00eb vendit.<\/span><\/p>\n

Sipas t\u00eb dh\u00ebnave nga Banka e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb, p\u00ebr 6-mujorin 2022, vlera e investimeve t\u00eb kompanive shqiptare jasht\u00eb vendit arriti n\u00eb 60 milion\u00eb euro, tre her\u00eb m\u00eb shum\u00eb krahasuar me t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebn periudh\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00eb viti m\u00eb par\u00eb. Ky \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00ebkoh\u00ebsisht edhe niveli m\u00eb i lart\u00eb qysh prej vitit 2011. N\u00eb pjes\u00ebn d\u00ebrrmuese, investimet shqiptare jan\u00eb kanalizuar n\u00eb kontribute direkte n\u00eb kapitalin e shoq\u00ebrive t\u00eb kontrolluara jasht\u00eb vendit, nd\u00ebrsa nj\u00eb pjes\u00eb m\u00eb e vog\u00ebl ka shkuar n\u00eb form\u00ebn e huave t\u00eb dh\u00ebna p\u00ebr kompanit\u00eb bija.<\/span><\/p>\n

Investimet direkte dal\u00ebse sidoqoft\u00eb kan\u00eb ende nj\u00eb pesh\u00eb t\u00eb ul\u00ebt n\u00eb raport me investimet e huaja direkte n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri, me rreth 9.5% t\u00eb tyre p\u00ebr 6-mujorin 2020. Bilanci neto i investimeve t\u00eb huaja direkte ishte negative, p\u00ebr nj\u00eb vler\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrgjithshme prej 574 milion\u00eb eurosh, n\u00eb rritje me 27.5% krahasuar me t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebn periudh\u00eb t\u00eb vitit t\u00eb kaluar.<\/span><\/p>\n

T\u00eb dh\u00ebnat statistikore nga burimet zyrtare shqiptare p\u00ebr investimet e sip\u00ebrmarrjes ton\u00eb jasht\u00eb vendit jan\u00eb t\u00eb pakta dhe t\u00eb kufizuara kryesisht n\u00eb shifrat e bilancit t\u00eb pagesave.<\/span><\/p>\n

Aktualisht, nuk ekzistojn\u00eb t\u00eb dh\u00ebna gjith\u00ebp\u00ebrfshir\u00ebse p\u00ebr stokun total t\u00eb investimeve shqiptare jasht\u00eb vendit dhe p\u00ebr shp\u00ebrndarjen e tyre gjeografike apo sektoriale.<\/span><\/p>\n

Megjithat\u00eb, t\u00eb dh\u00ebnat e Bank\u00ebs Qendrore t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs japin nj\u00eb informacion p\u00ebr investimet shqiptare n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb, q\u00eb vler\u00ebsohet se \u00ebsht\u00eb shteti me p\u00ebrqendrimin m\u00eb t\u00eb madh t\u00eb investimeve shqiptare. Pas pavar\u00ebsimit t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs nga Serbia, shum\u00eb prej bizneseve t\u00eb konsoliduara shqiptare tentuan zgjerimin gradual, p\u00ebr t\u00eb shfryt\u00ebzuar potencialet q\u00eb ofronte tregu kosovar.<\/span><\/p>\n

Shifrat e BQK-s\u00eb tregojn\u00eb se deri n\u00eb fund t\u00eb marsit 2022, stoku i investimeve shqiptare n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb kishte vler\u00ebn e 282 milion\u00eb eurove. Me k\u00ebt\u00eb shif\u00ebr, Shqip\u00ebria \u00ebsht\u00eb investitori i pest\u00eb m\u00eb i madh n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb. Nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb, flukset e reja t\u00eb investimeve shqiptare n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb p\u00ebr 6-mujorin e par\u00eb t\u00eb k\u00ebtij viti kishin vler\u00ebn e 30.4 milion\u00eb eurove, n\u00eb rritje me pothuajse 45% krahasuar me t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebn periudh\u00eb t\u00eb vitit t\u00eb kaluar.<\/span><\/p>\n

Prania e nd\u00ebrmarrjeve shqiptare n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb e p\u00ebrqendruar kryesisht n\u00eb sektorin tregtar dhe at\u00eb financiar. N\u00eb Kosov\u00eb veprojn\u00eb disa prej operator\u00ebve m\u00eb t\u00eb m\u00ebdhenj shqiptar\u00eb t\u00eb distribucionit t\u00eb mallrave t\u00eb konsumit, kompani t\u00eb shitjes me pakic\u00eb, si edhe banka, kompani sigurimesh dhe operator\u00eb t\u00eb sh\u00ebrbimeve t\u00eb pagesave.<\/span><\/p>\n

P\u00ebrve\u00e7 Kosov\u00ebs, t\u00eb dh\u00ebnat p\u00ebr pranin\u00eb e sip\u00ebrmarrjes shqiptare jasht\u00eb vendit jan\u00eb t\u00eb pakta dhe t\u00eb fragmentuara. Disa prej grupeve t\u00eb m\u00ebdha t\u00eb biznesit n\u00eb vend, si Balfin apo Union Grup\/UFT kan\u00eb prani t\u00eb tyre edhe n\u00eb Austri, Zvic\u00ebr, Kroaci apo Maqedonin\u00eb e Veriut, me aktivitet kryesisht n\u00eb sektorin e pasurive t\u00eb paluajtshme dhe n\u00eb sh\u00ebrbimet financiare.\/E.Shehu<\/span><\/p>\n
