p\u00ebr bisedimet dhe negociatat n\u00eb Bruksel t\u00eb cilat duhet t\u00eb \u00e7ojn\u00eb n\u00eb zgjidhjen e menj\u00ebhershme dhe p\u00ebrfundimtare t\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha \u00e7\u00ebshtjeve t\u00eb pazgjidhura n\u00eb lidhje me Kosov\u00ebn.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Ai tha se nj\u00eb marr\u00ebveshje thelb\u00ebsore nd\u00ebrmjet Beogradit dhe Prishtin\u00ebs, n\u00eb p\u00ebrputhje me interesat e vendeve per\u00ebndimore, do t\u00eb n\u00ebnkuptonte &#8220;njohje t\u00eb gjith\u00e7kaje q\u00eb ata mendojn\u00eb se \u00ebsht\u00eb realitet&#8221;, por ai p\u00ebrs\u00ebriti se &#8220;Serbia nuk do ta njoh\u00eb pavar\u00ebsin\u00eb e Kosov\u00ebs&#8221;.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Vu\u00e7i\u00e7 theksoi se fuqit\u00eb e m\u00ebdha per\u00ebndimore dhe Turqis\u00eb duan ta zgjidhin problemin n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb, sepse ka luft\u00eb n\u00eb Evrop\u00eb, sepse Evropa duhet t\u00eb mbrohet dhe se n\u00eb p\u00ebrputhje me marr\u00ebveshjen e mundshme nd\u00ebrmjet Beogradit dhe Prishtin\u00ebs, do t\u00eb ishte shum\u00eb m\u00eb e leht\u00eb q\u00eb vendet evropiane t&#8217;i japin presidentit rus Vladimir Putin nj\u00eb p\u00ebrgjigje t\u00eb qart\u00eb p\u00ebr \u00e7\u00ebshtjen e precedentit ligjor dhe dh\u00ebnies s\u00eb pavar\u00ebsis\u00eb s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Presidenti serb shpjegoi se n\u00eb rast t\u00eb nj\u00eb marr\u00ebveshjeje nd\u00ebrmjet Beogradit dhe Prishtin\u00ebs, vendet per\u00ebndimore do t&#8217;i tregonin Putinit se marr\u00ebveshja \u00ebsht\u00eb arritur dhe se Krimea mund t\u00eb fitonte pavar\u00ebsin\u00eb n\u00ebse Krimea dhe Ukraina arrijn\u00eb marr\u00ebveshje dhe se pa nj\u00eb marr\u00ebveshje t\u00eb till\u00eb nuk do ket\u00eb pavar\u00ebsi as p\u00ebr Krimen\u00eb.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Vu\u00e7i\u00e7 tha se Serbia \u00ebsht\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb edhe nj\u00eb her\u00eb viktim\u00eb kolaterale e \u201ckonflikteve t\u00eb t\u00eb m\u00ebdhenjve dhe sjelljes s\u00eb tyre joparimore nga e kaluara\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Ai deklaroi se Pletner, Bonn dhe Laj\u00e7ak i vun\u00eb n\u00eb dukje se Putini &#8220;e ngriti perden&#8221;
