Ngjarja ndodhi rreth or\u00ebs 21:30 n\u00eb lagjen \u201cPartizani\u201d n\u00eb Shkod\u00ebr, ku n\u00eb drejtim t\u00eb t\u00eb riut q\u00eb ndodhej brenda automjetit t\u00eb tij, jan\u00eb q\u00eblluar 19 plumba teksa por asnj\u00ebri nuk e ka kapur.<\/span><\/p>\n

Pas ngjarjes Bru\u00e7i ka l\u00ebn\u00eb automjetin e mbushur me plumba dhe ka shkuar n\u00eb policin\u00eb e Shkodr\u00ebs duke b\u00ebr\u00eb kall\u00ebzimin p\u00ebr ngjarjen.<\/span><\/p>\n

Sipas dyshimeve t\u00eb policis\u00eb autor\u00ebt nuk jan\u00eb profesionist\u00eb si\u00e7 ka ndodhur n\u00eb disa atentate t\u00eb tjera t\u00eb koh\u00ebve t\u00eb fundit. Alban Bru\u00e7i n\u00eb vitin 2016 \u00ebsht\u00eb akuzuar se ka plagosur nj\u00eb person af\u00ebr teatrit \u201cMigjeni\u201d dhe asokohe \u00ebsht\u00eb arrestuar si i dyshuar p\u00ebr vepr\u00ebn penale \u201cvrasje e mbetur n\u00eb tentativ\u00eb\u201d.
