Pas hetimeve t\u00eb kryera n\u00eb kuad\u00ebr t\u00eb procedimit penal t\u00eb vitit 2022, p\u00ebr vepr\u00ebn penale t\u00eb rr\u00ebmbimit t\u00eb personit, referuar nga strukturat hetimore t\u00eb DVP Lezh\u00eb, pran\u00eb Prokuroris\u00eb s\u00eb Rrethit Gjyq\u00ebsor Kurbin.<\/span><\/p>\n

Gjykata e Shkall\u00ebs s\u00eb Par\u00eb Kurbin, me vendimin e dat\u00ebs 23.08.2022, ka caktuar ndaj shtetasit J. L. mas\u00ebn e sigurimit personal \u201cArrest n\u00eb burg\u201d, p\u00ebr vepr\u00ebn penale \u201cShp\u00ebrdorimi i detyr\u00ebs\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n

Nga hetimet e thelluara rezulton se 28-vje\u00e7ari, duke qen\u00eb punonj\u00ebs policie, ka shp\u00ebrdoruar detyr\u00ebn duke p\u00ebrkrahur dhe transportuar nj\u00eb person shum\u00eb t\u00eb k\u00ebrkuar.<\/span><\/p>\n
