Enti Rregullator i Energjis\u00eb ka shtyr\u00eb vendimin e tij p\u00ebr rinovimin e licenc\u00ebs s\u00eb furni8mit me energji dhe at\u00eb t\u00eb tregtimit t\u00eb energjis\u00eb nga ana e Albpetrol p\u00ebr n\u00eb shtator.<\/span><\/p>\n

Shkak p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb vendim \u00ebsht\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb mungesa e nj\u00eb s\u00ebr\u00eb dokumentesh n\u00eb aplikimet e kompanis\u00eb publike p\u00ebr t\u00eb cilin i \u00ebsht\u00eb l\u00ebn\u00eb afat 10 ditor n\u00eb plot\u00ebsimin e tyre. <\/span><\/p>\n

Referuar vendimeve t\u00eb Bordit t\u00eb Komisioner\u00ebve t\u00eb ERE thuhet se n\u00eb t\u00eb dyja rastet vendimi do t\u00eb merret n\u00eb 6 shtator 2022. Enti nisi procedur\u00ebn p\u00ebr rinovimin n\u00eb muajin korrik duke njoftuar Albpetrol p\u00ebr munges\u00ebn e dokumenteve q\u00eb jan\u00eb konstatuar gjat\u00eb procesit.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cMe e-mailin e protokolluar n\u00eb ERE me nr. 971\/2 prot., dat\u00eb 08.08.2022, shoq\u00ebria ka depozituar dokumentacion plot\u00ebsues t\u00eb k\u00ebtij aplikimi, duke u angazhuar q\u00eb dokumentacionin e depozituar t\u00eb skanuar n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet k\u00ebtij e-maili do ta depozitoj\u00eb n\u00eb ERE zyrtarisht dhe n\u00eb form\u00ebn e k\u00ebrkuar nga ligji. <\/span><\/p>\n

Po ashtu shoq\u00ebria ka deklaruar se do t\u00eb depozitoj\u00eb dokumentacion shtes\u00eb t\u00eb k\u00ebtij aplikimi brenda 5 dit\u00ebve. Bordi mund t\u00eb vendos\u00eb rast pas rasti p\u00ebr zgjatjen e afatit t\u00eb p\u00ebrcaktuar n\u00eb pikat 1 dhe 2 t\u00eb k\u00ebtij neni kur dokumentacioni nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb i plot\u00eb, por jo m\u00eb shum\u00eb se 30 dit\u00eb pune.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2013 Afati i vlefshm\u00ebris\u00eb s\u00eb licenc\u00ebs p\u00ebr veprimtarin\u00eb e furnizimit t\u00eb energjis\u00eb elektrike t\u00eb shoq\u00ebris\u00eb \u201cALBPETROL\u201d sh.a. p\u00ebrfundon m\u00eb dat\u00eb 06.09.2022, ndaj ERE kusht\u00ebzohet p\u00ebr t\u00eb shtyr\u00eb afatin e vendimmarrjes deri n\u00eb afatin e fundit t\u00eb vlefshm\u00ebris\u00eb s\u00eb licenc\u00ebs.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2013 Me q\u00ebllim q\u00eb t\u00eb shqyrtohet dokumentacioni i depozituar nga ana e shoq\u00ebris\u00eb e t\u2019i jepet asaj mund\u00ebsia p\u00ebr t\u00eb plot\u00ebsuar dhe pjes\u00ebn tjet\u00ebr t\u00eb dokumentacionit, vler\u00ebsohet shtyrja deri m\u00eb date 06.09.2022 i afatit t\u00eb vendimmarrjes s\u00eb bordit mbi k\u00ebrkes\u00ebn e shoq\u00ebris\u00eb \u201cALBPETROL\u201d sh.a. p\u00ebr rinovimin e licenc\u00ebs s\u00eb furnizimit t\u00eb energjis\u00eb elektrike\u201d thuhet n\u00eb vendimin e Bordit.<\/span><\/p>\n

Ky i fundit n\u00ebnvizon se afati p\u00ebr vendimmarrjen \u00ebsht\u00eb 6 shtatori dhe deri at\u00ebher\u00eb kompania duhet t\u00eb ket\u00eb depozituar t\u00eb gjith\u00eb detyrimet.<\/span><\/p>\n

Ky konstatim vlen p\u00ebr t\u00eb dyja licencat e Albpetrol si at\u00eb t\u00eb furnizimit me energji elektrike edhe p\u00ebr at\u00eb t\u00eb tregtimit.<\/span><\/p>\n
