H., ishte p\u00ebrplasur nga nj\u00eb motomjet.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Pas mbledhjes s\u00eb provave dhe informacioneve, n\u00eb pranga \u00ebsht\u00eb v\u00ebn\u00eb nj\u00eb 27-vje\u00e7ar me inicialet E.D, i cili dyshohet se drejtonte motorin at\u00eb dit\u00eb.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">NJOFTIMI I POLICIS\u00cb<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Dimal\/U referua fillimisht si ngjarje aksidentale, pas hetimeve t\u00eb thelluara t\u00eb Policis\u00eb, n\u00eb bashk\u00ebpunim me AMP, zbardhet ngjarja e ndodhur m\u00eb dat\u00eb 29.06.2022, ku mbeti i l\u00ebnduar r\u00ebnd\u00eb nj\u00eb 63-vje\u00e7ar, i cili m\u00eb pas humbi jet\u00ebn n\u00eb spital.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Identifikohet dhe vihet n\u00eb pranga shtetasi q\u00eb aksidentoi me motomjet 63-vje\u00e7arin dhe u largua nga vendi i ngjarjes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Strukturat hetimore t\u00eb Stacionit t\u00eb Policis\u00eb Dimal, n\u00eb bashk\u00ebpunim me Agjencin\u00eb e Mbik\u00ebqyrjes Policore, nisur nga dyshimet e krijuara p\u00ebr ngjarjen e ndodhur m\u00eb dat\u00eb 29.06.2022, n\u00eb aksin rrugor \u201cSamatic \u2013 Drenovic\u00eb\u201d, ku mbeti i d\u00ebmtuar r\u00ebnd\u00eb shtetasi K. H., 63 vje\u00e7, i cili m\u00eb pas, si pasoj\u00eb e d\u00ebmtimeve t\u00eb marra, humbi jet\u00ebn n\u00eb spital, thelluan hetimet p\u00ebr zbardhjen dhe dokumentimin e plot\u00eb t\u00eb rrethanave t\u00eb k\u00ebsaj ngjarjeje.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">M\u00eb dat\u00eb 29.06.2022, u gjet n\u00eb rrug\u00eb, i rr\u00ebzuar nga bi\u00e7ikleta, shtetasi K. H. N\u00eb baz\u00eb t\u00eb dyshimeve t\u00eb krijuara se 63-vje\u00e7ari nuk ishte rr\u00ebzuar aksidentalisht nga bi\u00e7ikleta, si\u00e7 u raportua fillimisht, por ishte goditur nga nj\u00eb mjet tjet\u00ebr, gjithashtu bazuar dhe n\u00eb informacionet e siguruara n\u00eb rrug\u00eb operative, fal\u00eb bashk\u00ebpunimit me AMP, u referuan materialet n\u00eb Prokurori, si dhe u b\u00eb regjistrimi i procedimit penal, p\u00ebr veprat penale \u201cDrejtimi i mjetit n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb parregullt\u201d dhe \u201cLargimi nga vendi i aksidentit\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">N\u00eb p\u00ebrfundim t\u00eb veprimeve hetimore \u00ebsht\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb i mundur zbardhja dhe dokumentimi i plot\u00eb me prova ligjore i k\u00ebsaj ngjarjeje, si dhe ndalimi i shtetasit E. D., 27 vje\u00e7, banues n\u00eb fshatin Drenovic, Dimal, p\u00ebr veprat penale t\u00eb lartp\u00ebrmendura.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Nga veprimet hetimore ka rezultuar se m\u00eb dat\u00eb 29.06.2022, n\u00eb aksin rrugor \u201cSamatic-Drenovic\u00eb\u201d, rreth or\u00ebs 20:00, shtetasi E. D., duke drejtuar nj\u00eb motomjet, pa targa, ka goditur shtetasin K.
