style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Edhe pse MAS ka nd\u00ebrmarr\u00eb nj\u00eb plan masash p\u00ebr mbar\u00ebvajtjen e procesit, duke angazhuar rreth 7000 m\u00ebsues n\u00eb monitorimin e maturant\u00ebve nuk ka arritur t\u00eb evitoj\u00eb problematik\u00ebn.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Rregullorja e Matur\u00ebs Shtet\u00ebrore, e publikuar nga Ministria e Arsimit dhe Sportit parashikon ndjekje penale p\u00ebr personat q\u00eb arrijn\u00eb t\u00eb publikojn\u00eb k\u00ebto materiale t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsis\u00eb s\u00eb ve\u00e7ant\u00eb.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u201c<em>P\u00ebr \u00e7do person t\u00eb tret\u00eb, i cili publikon materiale t\u00eb nj\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsie t\u00eb ve\u00e7ant\u00eb , deri n\u00eb \u00e7astin e p\u00ebrfundimit t\u00eb koh\u00ebs s\u00eb testimit, ndaj individit q\u00eb i ka publikuar do t\u00eb k\u00ebrkohet ndjekje penale nga organet p\u00ebrkat\u00ebse nga Drejtoria e P\u00ebrgjithshme e Arsimit Parauniversitar<\/em>\u201d, n\u00ebnvizohet n\u00eb
