M\u00eb dat\u00eb 24.05.2022, Drejtoria Rajonale e AMP-s\u00eb Tiran\u00eb n\u00ebn drejtimin e Prokuroris\u00eb s\u00eb Rrethit Gjyq\u00ebsor Tiran\u00eb, pas kryerjes s\u00eb veprimeve t\u00eb para hetimore ka b\u00ebr\u00eb arrestimin n\u00eb flagranc\u00eb t\u00eb shtetasit Ludian Zaimi, me detyr\u00eb oficer i patrull\u00ebs p\u00ebrgjithshme n\u00eb Komisariatin e Policis\u00eb Nr. 3 Tiran\u00eb p\u00ebr kryerjen e vepr\u00ebs penale \u201cVrasje me paramendim\u201d, parashikuar nga neni 78 i Kodit Penal.<\/span><\/p>\n

Arrestimi i punonj\u00ebsit t\u00eb policis\u00eb Ludian Zaimi, u krye pasi m\u00eb dat\u00eb 23.05.2022, n\u00eb ambientet e brendshme t\u00eb Komisariatit t\u00eb Policis\u00eb Nr. 3 Tiran\u00eb, ai ka q\u00eblluar disa her\u00eb me arm\u00ebn e sh\u00ebrbimit pas nj\u00eb konflikti p\u00ebr motive t\u00eb dob\u00ebta, punonj\u00ebsin e policis\u00eb \u00c7aush Saliasi, me detyr\u00eb oficer i patrull\u00ebs p\u00ebrgjithshme n\u00eb Komisariatin e Policis\u00eb Nr. 3 Tiran\u00eb, i cili si pasoj\u00eb e plag\u00ebve t\u00eb marra ka nd\u00ebrruar jet\u00eb n\u00eb spital.<\/span><\/p>\n
