Megjithat\u00eb, ai e p\u00ebrshkroi mas\u00ebn e nd\u00ebrmarr\u00eb nga Suedia dhe Finlanda si nj\u00eb \u2018sinjal t\u00eb fort\u00eb\u2019 p\u00ebr presidentin rus Vladimir Putin, duke treguar se politikat e Mosk\u00ebs kan\u00eb shfaqur t\u00eb meta.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><em>\u201cPutini e b\u00ebri NATO-n m\u00eb t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme dhe b\u00ebri q\u00eb dy vende t\u00eb an\u00ebtar\u00ebsoheshin n\u00eb aleanc\u00eb.\u201d<\/em> &#8211; tha ministri austriak, duke shtuar se strategjia e siguris\u00eb e presidentit rus ka \u00e7aluar.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Stokholmi dhe Helsinki njoftuan zyrtarisht ofertat e tyre p\u00ebr t&#8217;u bashkuar me bllokun ushtarak t\u00eb diel\u00ebn. Moska ka paralajm\u00ebruar vazhdimisht se do t\u00eb duhet t\u00eb p\u00ebrgjigjet n\u00ebse Finlanda dhe Suedia an\u00ebtar\u00ebsohen n\u00eb NATO.
