Seanca e par\u00eb ishte fiksuar t\u00eb zhvillohej m\u00eb 16 maj.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Partit\u00eb Politike zhvilluan seanca negocimi dit\u00ebn e premte por pa mundur t\u00eb arrijn\u00eb nj\u00eb konsensus p\u00ebr emra t\u00eb p\u00ebrve\u00e7\u00ebm.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Pavar\u00ebsisht se n\u00eb seanc\u00ebn e s\u00eb h\u00ebn\u00ebs pasdite nuk do t\u00eb ket\u00eb asnj\u00eb kandidatur\u00eb, Kuvendi \u00ebsht\u00eb i detyruar t\u00eb respektoj\u00eb procedurat. K\u00ebshtu, m\u00ebngjesin e s\u00eb h\u00ebn\u00ebs, n\u00eb or\u00ebn 9 do t\u00eb mblidhet Komisioni parlamentar i Ligjeve p\u00ebr t\u00eb konstatuar munges\u00ebn e nj\u00eb kandidatur\u00eb dhe p\u00ebr t\u00eb hartuar raportin p\u00ebrkat\u00ebs, i cili do t\u2019i kaloj\u00eb seanc\u00ebs s\u00eb posa\u00e7me plenare.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Kushtetuta e b\u00ebn t\u00eb qart\u00eb se \u201cvotimi quhet i kryer edhe kur n\u00eb konkurrim nuk paraqitet asnj\u00eb kandidat\u201d.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\">Pas k\u00ebtij momenti, Konferenca e Kryetar\u00ebve \u00ebsht\u00eb e detyruar t\u00eb mblidhet p\u00ebr t\u00eb vendosur dat\u00ebn se kur do t\u00eb zhvillohet raundi i dyt\u00eb u votimit p\u00ebr zgjedhjen e Presidentit t\u00eb Republik\u00ebs.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false,"gt_translate_keys":[{"key":"rendered","format":"html"}]},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ka mbaruar afati p\u00ebr dor\u00ebzimin e kandidaturave p\u00ebr Raundin e Par\u00eb t\u00eb zgjedhjes s\u00eb Presidentit t\u00eb Ri.
