H., 28 vje\u00e7, banues n\u00eb Vlor\u00eb, p\u00ebr veprat penale \u201cProdhimi dhe mbajtja pa leje e arm\u00ebve luftarake dhe e municionit\u201d dhe \u201cLargimi i t\u00eb burgosurit nga vendi i q\u00ebndrimit\u201d. Gjat\u00eb kontrollit n\u00eb motomjetin pa targa, me t\u00eb cilin qarkullonte ky shtetas, n\u00eb lagjen \u201c24 Maji\u201d, u gjet dhe u sekuestrua, n\u00eb cil\u00ebsin\u00eb e prov\u00ebs materiale, arma e zjarrit.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><em>Ndaj k\u00ebtij shtetasi, Gjykata e Rrethit Gjyq\u00ebsor Vlor\u00eb, me vendimin e dat\u00ebs 02.02.2021, ka caktuar mas\u00ebn e siguris\u00eb \u201cArrest n\u00eb sht\u00ebpi\u201d, p\u00ebr veprat penale \u201cProdhimi dhe mbajtja pa leje e arm\u00ebve luftarake dhe e municionit\u201d dhe \u201cPrishja e qet\u00ebsis\u00eb publike\u201d.
