N\u00ebn drejtimin e kreut t\u00eb K\u00ebshillit Lart\u00eb t\u00eb Prokuroris\u00eb, zotit Alfred Balla, mbledhja ka nisur me miratimin unanim t\u00eb proces-verbalit t\u00eb seanc\u00ebs plenare t\u00eb dat\u00ebs 22.04.2022 dhe propozimin e Z\u00ebvend\u00ebskryetarit zotit Tartar Bazaj, p\u00ebr t\u00eb shtuar n\u00eb rendin e dit\u00ebs miratimin e nj\u00eb projekt-akti p\u00ebr veprimtari jasht\u00eb funksioni p\u00ebr prokurorin zotin Kledian Llaho.<\/span><\/p>\n

Mbledhja ka vijuar me miratimin unanim t\u00eb projekt-akteve p\u00ebr tre (3) caktime t\u00eb p\u00ebrkoh\u00ebshme n\u00eb detyr\u00ebn e Drejtues\u00ebve t\u00eb zyrave t\u00eb Prokurorive si m\u00eb posht\u00eb;<\/span><\/p>\n

Me propozim t\u00eb Komisionit t\u00eb Zhvillimit t\u00eb Karrier\u00ebs, jan\u00eb miratuar unanimisht, dy (2) projekt \u2013 aktet p\u00ebr caktimin e drejtues\u00ebve t\u00eb zyrave t\u00eb Prokurorive p\u00ebrmes procedur\u00ebs me ngritje n\u00eb detyr\u00eb. P\u00ebrmes k\u00ebsaj procedure jan\u00eb caktuar zoti Durim Bedini, n\u00eb pozicionin e Drejtuesit t\u00eb Prokuroris\u00eb pran\u00eb Gjykat\u00ebs s\u00eb Shkall\u00ebs s\u00eb Par\u00eb Kavaj\u00eb dhe zoti Aurel Zarka, n\u00eb pozicionin e Drejtuesit t\u00eb Prokuroris\u00eb pran\u00eb Gjykat\u00ebs s\u00eb Shkall\u00ebs s\u00eb Par\u00eb Vlor\u00eb.<\/span><\/p>\n

N\u00eb vijim, K\u00ebshilli ka miratuar unanimisht projekt \u2013 aktin p\u00ebr miratimin e q\u00ebndrimit n\u00eb detyr\u00eb t\u00eb zotit Kujtim Luli.<\/span><\/p>\n

Gjithashtu, K\u00ebshilli ka miratuar n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb unanime edhe dy (2) raporte p\u00ebr analizimin e aft\u00ebsis\u00eb profesionale t\u00eb subjekteve t\u00eb rivler\u00ebsimit, zonj\u00ebs Eglantina Shehu dhe zonj\u00ebs Marjola M\u00ebrtiri.<\/span><\/p>\n
