Ky ndryshim tregon se, sidomos gjat\u00eb gjysm\u00ebs s\u00eb dyt\u00eb t\u00eb vitit 2021, rritja e \u00e7mimeve t\u00eb banesave n\u00eb vend \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebrshpejtuar ndjesh\u00ebm.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"> Megjithat\u00eb, duke iu referuar vrojtimit periodik t\u00eb Bank\u00ebs s\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb, rritja vjetore e \u00e7mimit t\u00eb banesave rezultoi m\u00eb e ngadal\u00ebsuar, krahasuar me nivelin 11.3% t\u00eb vitit 2020.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Tendenca e rritjes s\u00eb \u00e7mimeve t\u00eb banesave ka vijuar edhe p\u00ebr tregun m\u00eb t\u00eb madh t\u00eb pronave n\u00eb vend, at\u00eb t\u00eb Tiran\u00ebs. \u00c7mimet e banesave n\u00eb kryeqytet u rrit\u00ebn me 8.5% krahasuar me 6-mujorin e dyt\u00eb 2020 dhe me 12.3% krahasuar me t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebn periudh\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00eb viti m\u00eb par\u00eb. P\u00ebr Tiran\u00ebn, rritja vjetore e \u00e7mimeve rezultoi m\u00eb e lart\u00eb krahasuar me nivelin 8.9% q\u00eb ishte regjistruar gjat\u00eb vitit 2020. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Numri i nj\u00ebsive t\u00eb shitura n\u00eb zonat m\u00eb t\u00eb preferuara t\u00eb kryeqytetit ishte dy her\u00eb m\u00eb i lart\u00eb n\u00eb krahasim me v\u00ebllimin e shitjeve t\u00eb realizuara gjat\u00eb gjysm\u00ebs s\u00eb par\u00eb t\u00eb viti. P\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb \u00e7mimeve m\u00eb t\u00eb larta t\u00eb k\u00ebsaj zone, ky zhvillim p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebson edhe faktorin kryesor pas rritjes s\u00eb ndjeshme t\u00eb \u00e7mimeve t\u00eb banesave gjat\u00eb periudh\u00ebs.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Vrojtimi i Bank\u00ebs s\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb konfirmon se \u00e7mimet e pronave vazhdojn\u00eb t\u00eb rriten, ndon\u00ebse me ritme disi m\u00eb t\u00eb ngadalta krahasuar me vitin 2020. Pritshm\u00ebrit\u00eb e agjent\u00ebve t\u00eb tregut jan\u00eb p\u00ebrs\u00ebri optimiste p\u00ebr t\u00eb ardhmen e af\u00ebrt, pavar\u00ebsisht zhvillimeve inflacioniste. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Agjent\u00ebt presin gjithashtu rritje t\u00eb \u00e7mimeve t\u00eb pronave t\u00eb paluajtshme p\u00ebr banesat dhe pronat tregtare. P\u00ebr m\u00eb tep\u00ebr, kredia p\u00ebr blerje banesash vazhdon t\u00eb jet\u00eb nj\u00eb nd\u00ebr produktet m\u00eb cil\u00ebsore t\u00eb kredis\u00eb, e ilustruar nga raporti i ul\u00ebt i kredive me probleme.
