Gjat\u00eb operacionit n\u00eb zon\u00eb, policia ka gjetur nj\u00eb parcel\u00eb me kanabis t\u00eb rrethuar me kamera mbik\u00ebqyr\u00ebse dhe nj\u00eb fill t\u00eb lidhur me dy granata. <\/span><\/p>\n

Dy personat e lartp\u00ebrmendur dyshohe gjithashtu p\u00ebr nj\u00eb parcel\u00eb me kanabis t\u00eb zbuluar n\u00eb fshatin Hoxhaj n\u00eb vitin 2020.<\/span><\/p>\n

Kishin instaluar kamera dhe granata gati p\u00ebr shp\u00ebrthim, n\u00eb parcel\u00ebn ku kishin kultivuar bim\u00eb narkotike, kapet dhe vihet n\u00eb pranga nj\u00ebri nga autor\u00ebt, shpallet n\u00eb k\u00ebrkim autori tjet\u00ebr.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

N\u00eb vijim t\u00eb pun\u00ebs p\u00ebr zbardhjen e rasteve t\u00eb kultivimit t\u00eb bim\u00ebve narkotike, t\u00eb ndodhura m\u00eb par\u00eb, identifikimin dhe kapjen e autor\u00ebve, efektiv\u00ebt e Komisariatit t\u00eb Policis\u00eb Tropoj\u00eb, n\u00ebn drejtimin e Prokuroris\u00eb pran\u00eb Gjykat\u00ebs s\u00eb Rrethit Gjyq\u00ebsor Tropoj\u00eb, organizuan pun\u00ebn p\u00ebr identifikimin e autor\u00ebve t\u00eb kultivimit t\u00eb bim\u00ebve narkotike, n\u00eb pyllin e fshatit Kova\u00e7.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

Pas pun\u00ebs hetimore, n\u00eb bashk\u00ebpunim me Institutin e Policis\u00eb Shkencore n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb, u b\u00eb i mundur identifikimi i autor\u00ebve. Bazuar n\u00eb provat e siguruara, m\u00eb dat\u00eb 10.04.2022, Gjykata e Rrethit Gjyq\u00ebsor Tropoj\u00eb ka caktuar ndaj k\u00ebtyre shtetasve, mas\u00ebn e siguris\u00eb \u201cArrest n\u00eb burg\u201d, n\u00eb munges\u00eb, p\u00ebr veprat penale \u201cKultivimi i bim\u00ebve narkotike\u201d dhe \u201cMbajtja pa leje e arm\u00ebve luftarake dhe e municionit\u201d, t\u00eb kryera n\u00eb bashk\u00ebpunim.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

N\u00eb zbatim t\u00eb vendimit t\u00eb gjykat\u00ebs u organizua dhe u finalizua me sukses operacioni policor i koduar \u201cSofistikimi\u201d, si rezultat i t\u00eb cilit u b\u00eb kapja dhe ndalimi i shtetasit Agron Hoxhaj, 51 vje\u00e7, banues n\u00eb fshatin Kova\u00e7 dhe shpallja n\u00eb k\u00ebrkim e bashk\u00ebpun\u00ebtorit t\u00eb tij, shtetasit Bekim \u00c7elaj, 22 vje\u00e7, banues n\u00eb fshatin Kova\u00e7.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

Bazuar n\u00eb provat e siguruara, rezulton se k\u00ebta shtetas, m\u00eb dat\u00eb 28.09.2021, n\u00eb pyllin e fshatit Kova\u00e7, n\u00eb bashk\u00ebpunim me nj\u00ebri-tjetrin, kan\u00eb kultivuar bim\u00eb narkotike, p\u00ebrreth t\u00eb cilave kishin lidhur me fill sintetik 2 granata ofensive, si dhe kishin vendosur kamera, p\u00ebr t\u00eb monitoruar zon\u00ebn.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

Gjithashtu, k\u00ebta shtetas, n\u00eb bashk\u00ebpunim me nj\u00ebri-tjetrin, dyshohen se n\u00eb muajin korrik t\u00eb vitit 2020, kan\u00eb kultivuar bim\u00eb narkotike, n\u00eb fshatin Hoxhaj. P\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb rast ishte regjistruar procedimi penal n\u00eb Prokurori.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

Vijon puna p\u00ebr kapjen e shtetasit Bekim \u00c7elaj, identifikimin dhe kapjen e personave t\u00eb tjer\u00eb t\u00eb dyshuar t\u00eb p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb veprimtari kriminale.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n
