Goxhaj thot\u00eb se edhe n\u00eb 2016 shpalli kandidatur\u00ebn por Fondacioni i Sorosit e kund\u00ebrshtoi dhe k\u00ebrkoi q\u00eb t\u00eb shtyheshin procedurat n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb mos fitonte ai sipas parimit shum\u00ebvje\u00e7ar q\u00eb Avokati i Popullit i jepet opozit\u00ebs.<\/span><\/p>\n

Por duke pasur nd\u00ebrhyrjen e Sorosit si\u00e7 sqaron Goxhaj procedurat u shty\u00eb dhe u zhvillua nj\u00eb seanc\u00eb vet\u00ebm n\u00eb janar t\u00eb vitit 2017. Procedurat e shtyrjes u kund\u00ebrshtuan n\u00eb parlament vet\u00ebm nga deputeti Petrit Vasili dhe opozita heshte n\u00eb at\u00eb vit zgjedhor.<\/span><\/p>\n

M\u00eb tej Goxhaj tregon edhe rolin e Lulzim Bash\u00ebs i cili caktoi avokaten e tij Erinda Ballanc\u00ebn.<\/span><\/p>\n

Goxhaj shkruan se PD-ja heshti duke mos kund\u00ebrshtuar procedurat dhe priti marr\u00ebveshjen e 17 majit p\u00ebr t\u00eb caktuar Ballanc\u00ebn n\u00eb bashk\u00ebpunim me Edi Ram\u00ebn.<\/span><\/p>\n

Goxhaj e cil\u00ebson Ballanc\u00ebn si braktis\u00ebse t\u00eb protestuesve q\u00eb dhunoheshin nga policia.<\/span><\/p>\n

Avokati Altin Goxhaj m\u00eb tej shkruan se do jet\u00eb n\u00eb ndihm\u00eb t\u00eb protestues\u00ebve atje ku ka probleme.<\/span><\/p>\n
