Autoriteti i Komunikimeve Elektronike dhe Postare (AKEP) \u00ebsht\u00eb duke zhvilluar nj\u00eb hetim mbi portabilitetin e numrave. <\/span><\/p>\n

Hetimi ka zbuluar se n\u00eb ndryshim nga dy kompanit\u00eb e tjera “Albtelecom” dhe “One Telecomunications”, kompania “Vodafone” n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb arbitrare konfiskon dhe rr\u00ebmben numrat duke mos lejuar qytetar\u00ebt t\u00eb ndryshojn\u00eb abonimin e kompanis\u00eb duke ruajtur t\u00eb nj\u00ebjtin num\u00ebr si\u00e7 ligji ua garanton.<\/span><\/p>\n

N\u00eb \u00e7do vend t\u00eb Europ\u00ebs, “Vodafone” do t\u00eb ishte p\u00ebrballur me gjoba kolosale n\u00ebse do shkelte parimin e portabilitetit, por n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri kjo kompani ushtron nj\u00eb pushtet okult direkt mbi qeverin\u00eb, por edhe n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet lobist\u00ebve q\u00eb e mb\u00ebshtesin k\u00ebt\u00eb kompani n\u00eb Bashkimin Europian.<\/span><\/p>\n

Lidhur me hetimin, n\u00eb raportin e siguruar nga \u201cHashtag.al<\/strong>\u201d, AKEP thot\u00eb p\u00ebr kompanin\u00eb “AlbTelecom”: \u201cN\u00eb baz\u00eb t\u00eb dokumentacionit t\u00eb administruar gjat\u00eb procedur\u00ebs inspektuese, dhe materializuar n\u00eb proces verbalin e inspektimit Nr. 41, dat\u00eb 21.12.2021, G.I konstatoi se subjekti i inspektimit ka shfaqur vullnet pozitiv n\u00eb p\u00ebrmbushjen e detyrimeve dhe rekomandimeve t\u00eb l\u00ebna nga strukturat e AKEP, p\u0451rgjat\u0451 inspektimeve te m\u0451parshme.\u201d<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

P\u00ebr kompanin\u00eb “One Telecomunication” thuhet: \u201cN\u00eb baz\u00eb t\u00eb dokumentacionit t\u00eb administruar gjat\u00eb procedur\u00ebs inspektuese, dhe materializuar n\u00eb proces verbalin e inspektimit Nr. 40, dat\u00eb 21.12.2021, Grupi inspektimit (G.I) konstatoi se subjekti i inspektimit ka shfaqur vullnet pozitiv n\u00eb p\u00ebrmbushjen e detyrimeve dhe rekomandimeve t\u00eb l\u00ebna nga strukturat e AKEP n\u00eb inspektimin e m\u00ebparsh\u00ebm .\u201d<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

P\u00ebr t\u00eb dyja kompanit\u00eb jepen edhe disa urdh\u00ebrime p\u00ebr t’u zbatuar.<\/span><\/p>\n

Nd\u00ebrsa p\u00ebr kompanin\u00eb “Vodafone” thuhet: \u201cN\u00eb baz\u00eb t\u00eb dokumentacionit t\u00eb administruar gjat\u00eb procedur\u00ebs inspektuese, G.I. konstatoi se n\u00eb veprimtarin\u00eb e sip\u00ebrmarr\u00ebsit objekt inspektimi rezultojn\u00eb shkelje t\u00eb p\u00ebrcaktimeve t\u00eb Rregullores Nr.43, dat\u00eb 22.09.2016 \u2018P\u00ebr m\u00ebnyr\u00ebn e zbatimit t\u00eb portabilitetit t\u00eb numrit\u2019. <\/em><\/span>Gjithashtu GI, pasi ka administruar dokumentacionin ka konstatuar se sip\u00ebrmarr\u00ebsi nuk ka korrigjuar plot\u00ebsisht rekomandimet e l\u00ebna nga inspektimi i m\u00ebparsh\u00ebm i kryer n\u00eb harkun kohor 2020-2021.<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n

GI, n\u0451 respektim t\u0451 afateve kohore, ka vijuar me marrjen e Vendimit P\u00ebrfundimtar t\u00eb Inspektimit n\u0451 dat\u00eb 19\/01\/2022.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

Sip\u00ebrmarr\u00ebsi bazuar n\u0451 nenit 136 t\u00eb ligjit Nr.9918\/2008, ka paraqitur ankim administrativ pran\u00eb K\u00ebshillit Drejtues t\u00eb AKEP, lidhur me Vendimin P\u0451rfundimtar t\u0451 Inspektimit.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

Brenda afateve ligjore KD e AKEP, do t\u0451 marr\u0451 n\u0451 shqyrtim ankimin administrativ t\u0451 sip\u0451rmarresit duke dal\u0451 m\u0451 pas me vendim p\u0451rfundimtar. \u00c7\u0451shtja \u0451sht\u0451 n\u0451 proces administrativ.\u201d<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n

Aktualisht kjo kompani \u00ebsht\u00eb duke shkaktuar nj\u00eb skandal, duke sfiduar edhe n\u00ebp\u00ebrk\u00ebmbur autoritetin e Ministris\u00eb s\u00eb Brendshme dhe Drejtoris\u00eb s\u00eb Policis\u00eb, p\u00ebr t\u00eb refuzuar fituesin e tenderit mbi numrat \u201c06941\u201d ku t\u00eb drejt\u00ebn p\u00ebr furnizimin e policis\u00eb p\u00ebr k\u00ebto numra e ka fituar nj\u00eb kompani konkurente e “Vodafone”.\/Hashtag.al<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n
