Nj\u00eb raport i ri k\u00ebrkon q\u00eb BE-ja t\u00eb ndaloj\u00eb shitjen e shtet\u00ebsis\u00eb nga skemat e investimeve. Skemat u japin shtet\u00ebsin\u00eb e BE-s\u00eb ose statusin e rezidentit shtetasve jasht\u00eb BE-s\u00eb n\u00eb k\u00ebmbim t\u00eb investimeve financiare.<\/span><\/p>\n

Tre vende kan\u00eb tani p\u00ebr tani n\u00ebnshtet\u00ebsin\u00eb sipas skemave t\u00eb investimeve: Malta, Bullgaria dhe Qiproja (p\u00ebrpunon vet\u00ebm aplikimet e dor\u00ebzuara p\u00ebrpara n\u00ebntorit 2020). Dymb\u00ebdhjet\u00eb vende t\u00eb BE-s\u00eb aktualisht operojn\u00eb rezidenc\u00ebn sipas skemave t\u00eb investimeve. Nivelet minimale t\u00eb investimit variojn\u00eb nga 60,000 euro n\u00eb 1,250,000 euro.<\/span><\/p>\n

Nj\u00eb studim ka vler\u00ebsuar se m\u00eb shum\u00eb se 130,000 njer\u00ebz kan\u00eb marr\u00eb q\u00ebndrimin ose shtet\u00ebsin\u00eb n\u00eb vendet e BE-s\u00eb n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet k\u00ebtyre skemave me investimin total t\u00eb vler\u00ebsuar n\u00eb 21.4 miliard\u00eb euro nga 2011 deri n\u00eb 2019.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false,"gt_translate_keys":[{"key":"rendered","format":"html"}]},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
