Sekretari i Qeveris\u00eb Rama, ashtu si administratori i inceneratorit t\u00eb Fierit, nuk mbante mend se n\u00eb qershor 2020, pik\u00ebrisht institucioni ku ai punonte prej 7 vitesh, kishte urdh\u00ebruar kryerjen e nj\u00eb auditi t\u00eb inceneratorit t\u00eb Elbasanit p\u00ebr shkelje t\u00eb r\u00ebnda ligjore.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><em>Sekretari i Qeveris\u00eb Rama nuk dha asnj\u00eb p\u00ebrgjigje se cilat ishin gjetjet e k\u00ebtij inspektimi, cilat ishin shkeljet ligjore t\u00eb konstatuara, kush ishin personat p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebs dhe \u00e7far\u00eb masash u mor\u00ebn apo n\u00ebse dikush u shp\u00ebrblye p\u00ebr t\u00eb mbyllur goj\u00ebn dhe l\u00ebn\u00eb n\u00eb harres\u00eb nj\u00eb procedur\u00eb ligjore q\u00eb do t\u00eb nxirrte zbuluar zullume me ministra, deputet\u00eb dhe kryebashkiak\u00eb.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><em>SPAK duhet t\u00eb sekuestroj\u00eb dokumentacionin e plot\u00eb t\u00eb k\u00ebsaj procedure, duke faktuar edhe nj\u00eb her\u00eb se Edi Rama dhe t\u00eb tij\u00ebt e kishin fare t\u00eb qart\u00eb se Elbasani ishte nj\u00eb afer\u00eb e past\u00ebr korruptive.
