N\u00eb kuad\u00ebr t\u00eb k\u00ebtij procedimi, n\u00eb dat\u00ebn 31.05.2021, shtetasi me iniciale E.Q ka b\u00ebr\u00eb kall\u00ebzim ndaj noteres me iniciale R.K, duke pretenduar se duke shp\u00ebrdoruar detyr\u00ebn i ka vjedhur nj\u00eb shum\u00eb parash.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Prokurori i k\u00ebrkoi gjykat\u00ebs, caktimin e mas\u00ebs s\u00eb sigurimit \u201cArrest n\u00eb burg\u201d p\u00ebr personin n\u00ebn hetim R.K, e dyshuar p\u00ebr kryerjen e vepr\u00ebs penale t\u00eb \u201cVjedhjes duke shp\u00ebrdoruar detyr\u00ebn\u201d, parashikuar nga neni 135 t\u00eb K.Penal.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Me vendimin nr. 237 Akti, dat\u00eb 03.02.2022 Gjykata e Rrethit Gjyq\u00ebsor Tiran\u00eb ka vendosur:<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\">-Caktimin e mas\u00ebs s\u00eb sigurimi personal ndaj personit n\u00ebn hetim R.K, at\u00eb t\u00eb \u201cArrest ne burg\u201d, \u2013 n\u00eb munges\u00eb, parashikuar nga neni 238 i K.Pr.Penale.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\">-Urdh\u00ebrohet policia gjyq\u00ebsore e Prokuroris\u00eb pran\u00eb Gjykat\u00ebs s\u00eb Rrethit Gjyq\u00ebsor Tiran\u00eb si dhe forcat e Drejtoris\u00eb s\u00eb Policis\u00eb s\u00eb Qarkut Tiran\u00eb p\u00ebr ekzekutimin e k\u00ebtij vendimi.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">-Pas zbatimit t\u00eb arrestit, me vendimin nr. 237\/1 Akti, dat\u00eb 05.02.2022 Gjykata e Rrethit Gjyq\u00ebsor Tiran\u00eb ka vendosur;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">-Vazhdimin e mas\u00ebs s\u00eb sigurimit personal at\u00eb t\u00eb \u201cArrest ne burg\u201d parashikuar nga neni 238 i K.Pr.Penale marr\u00eb me vendimin nr. 237 Akti, dat\u00eb 03.02.2022 ndaj personit n\u00ebn hetim R.K.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\">-Urdh\u00ebrohet policia gjyq\u00ebsore p\u00ebr ekzekutimin e k\u00ebtij vendimi.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u00c7\u00ebshtja n\u00eb apel u shqyrtua mbi baz\u00ebn e ankimit t\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb nga personi n\u00ebn hetim R.K.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">N\u00eb p\u00ebrfundim t\u00eb gjykimit, Gjykata e Apelit Tiran\u00eb, e p\u00ebrb\u00ebr\u00eb nga Gjyqtare znj.Valdete Hoxha, me vendimin nr. 140 dat\u00eb 17.02.2022 vendosi:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">-Miratimin e vendimit nr. 237\/1 Akti, dat\u00eb 05.02.2022 t\u00eb Gjykat\u00ebs s\u00eb Rrethit Gjyq\u00ebsor Tiran\u00eb.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false,"gt_translate_keys":[{"key":"rendered","format":"html"}]},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Gjykata e Apelit t\u00eb Tiran\u00ebs ka l\u00ebn\u00eb n\u00eb fuqi mas\u00ebn e siguris\u00eb \u201carrest me burg\u201d p\u00ebr noteren Rezarta Ko\u00e7i, e akuzuar se ka p\u00ebrfituar miliona euro nga mashtrimet n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet shitjes s\u00eb banesave.
