Sh\u00ebrbimi i t\u00eb Ardhurave t\u00eb Brendshme t\u00eb rajonit Borno (BO-IRS) akuzon 7 organizatat e OKB-s\u00eb p\u00ebr evazion fiskal.<\/span><\/p>\n

N\u00eb nj\u00eb deklarat\u00eb nga BO-IRS thuhet se organizatat q\u00eb akuzohen p\u00ebr evazion fiskal jan\u00eb Zyra e OKB-s\u00eb p\u00ebr Koordinimin e \u00c7\u00ebshtjeve Humanitare (UNOCHA), Zyra e Komisionerit t\u00eb Lart\u00eb t\u00eb OKB-s\u00eb p\u00ebr Refugjat\u00ebt (UNHCR), Fondi i OKB-s\u00eb p\u00ebr F\u00ebmij\u00ebt (UNICEF), Programi Bot\u00ebror i Ushqimit (WFP), Programi i OKB-s\u00eb p\u00ebr Zhvillim (UNDP), Agjencia e OKB-s\u00eb p\u00ebr Ushqimin dhe Bujq\u00ebsin\u00eb (FAO) dhe Organizata Bot\u00ebrore e Sh\u00ebndet\u00ebsis\u00eb (OBSH).<\/span><\/p>\n

Pasi vihet n\u00eb dukje se pavar\u00ebsisht q\u00eb ligjet nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare q\u00eb rregullojn\u00eb funksionimin e sistemit t\u00eb OKB-s\u00eb i p\u00ebrjashtojn\u00eb ata nga pagesa e taksave, n\u00eb deklarat\u00eb thuhet se kjo nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb e vlefshme kryesisht p\u00ebr stafin e tyre lokal dhe partner\u00ebt me kontrat\u00eb.<\/span><\/p>\n

Kreu i BO-IRS, Mohammad Alkali n\u00eb nj\u00eb deklarat\u00eb vuri n\u00eb dukje se Institucionet e OKB-s\u00eb si Organizata Nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare p\u00ebr Migracionin (IOM) i respektojn\u00eb k\u00ebto ligje.<\/span><\/p>\n

Q\u00eb nga viti 2009 m\u00eb shum\u00eb se 20 mij\u00eb persona e kan\u00eb humbur jet\u00ebn n\u00eb aktet masive terroriste t\u00eb kryera nga Boko Haram, e cila n\u00eb Nigeri \u00ebsht\u00eb e pranishme q\u00eb nga fillimi i viteve 2000.<\/span><\/p>\n

Organizata terroriste q\u00eb nga viti 2015 e deri m\u00eb tani ka nd\u00ebrmarr\u00eb sulme edhe n\u00eb shtetet fqinje si Kamerun, \u00c7ad dhe Niger. T\u00eb pakt\u00ebn 2.000 persona e kan\u00eb humbur jet\u00ebn nga sulmet e organizat\u00ebs n\u00eb pellgun e liqenit t\u00eb \u00c7adit.<\/span><\/p>\n
