M\u00eb 21 Janar 2011 Sali Berisha urdh\u00ebroi t\u00eb q\u00ebllohet me plumba mbi popullin q\u00eb kishte dal\u00eb n\u00eb protest\u00ebn m\u00eb t\u00eb madhe kund\u00ebr regjimit t\u00eb tij korruptiv, duke u marr\u00eb jet\u00ebn kat\u00ebr shqiptar\u00ebve t\u00eb pafajsh\u00ebm e plagosur dhjet\u00ebra t\u00eb tjer\u00eb. Sali Berisha e ka pranuar bot\u00ebrisht se ai ka qen\u00eb urdh\u00ebruesi. Kemi depozituar kall\u00ebzim penal pas ngjarjes me prova dhe fakte ndaj zinxhirit komandues t\u00eb vrasjeve m\u00eb 21 Janar, kupola e t\u00eb cil\u00ebve nuk u mor\u00ebn kurr\u00eb t\u00eb pandehur. Hezitimi 11 vje\u00e7ar i prokuroris\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb marr\u00eb si fillim n\u00eb pyetje dhe m\u00eb pas n\u00ebn akuz\u00eb at\u00eb q\u00eb dha urdhrin t\u00eb q\u00ebllohet mbi popullin, \u00ebsht\u00eb turpi i drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb. P\u00ebr fat t\u00eb keq edhe i drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb s\u00eb re, e cila po luan ping-pongun e vjet\u00ebr me dosjen sipas tyre ende pa autor t\u00eb d\u00ebshmorit Aleks Nika.
