Kjo p\u00ebr faktin se Piroli ishte shpallur n\u00eb k\u00ebrkim nga Mali i Zi me akuzat p\u00ebr vrasjen e dat\u00ebs 4 korrik 2021 n\u00eb Ulqin t\u00eb Mom\u00e7illo Gjurishi\u00e7.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Gazetari Artan Hoxha n\u00eb nj\u00eb postim n\u00eb rrjetet sociale ka sjell\u00eb dinamik\u00ebn e ngjarjes s\u00eb sotme dhe lidhjet me ngjarjet paraardh\u00ebse n\u00eb fqinjin verior t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Ngjarjet e m\u00ebparshme kan\u00eb hije dyshimi p\u00ebr hakmarrje nd\u00ebrsa i plagosuri i sot\u00ebm dyshohet se ka vepruar n\u00eb kushtet e nj\u00eb vras\u00ebsi me pages\u00eb.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Postimi i plot\u00eb:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Sot pasdite, rreth or\u00ebs 17:30, personeli i spitalit t\u00eb Lezh\u00ebs ka mbetur i befasuar, kur n\u00eb urgjenc\u00ebn e tij \u00ebsht\u00eb paraqitur nj\u00eb shtetas ende i panjohur, i cili ka k\u00ebrkuar ndihme t\u00eb menj\u00ebhershme mjekesore. Personi i panjohur ka zbritur nga mjeti i tij nje shtetas te palgosur, i cili me pas u identifikua si 34 vje\u00e7ari Vin\u00e7enc Piroli, me origjine nga Kurbini, por banonte ne Shkoder.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">I panjohuri ka lene te plagosurin ne spital dhe eshte larguar me shpejtesi pa mundur te identifikohet.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Policia e Lezhes po kontrollon kamerat e sigurise per te bere te mundur identifikimin e mjetit dhe personit te panjohur, qe dorezuan te plagosurin ne spitalin e Lezhes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Mjeket e spitalit ne Lezhe jane perpjekur ti japin ndihmen e pare te plagosurit, por kur kane pare se kishte nevoje per ndihme me te specializuar, e kane nisur ate me urgjence drejt spitalit te Traumes ne kryeqytet.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Nga te dhenat e para rezulton, se Vin\u00e7enc Piroli eshte plagosur ne Shkoder, ne rrethana ende te pasqaruara mire. Autori e ka qelluar Pirolin ne gjoks dhe ne bark.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Policia nuk ka patur dijeni per ngjarjen e Shkodres, deri sa i plagosuri eshte derguar per ndihme ne spitalin e Lezhes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Jane marre masa per sigurine e Pirolit, nderkohe po hetohet se \u00e7fare ka ndodhur ne te vertete. Kush e ka qelluar Pirolin ne Shkoder?! Pse te plagosurin nuk e kane derguar per mjekim ne spitalin e Shkodres, por ne ate te Lezhes?!<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Po cili eshte ne te vertete Vin\u00e7enc Piroli?!<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Zyrtarisht 34 vje\u00e7ari Piroli eshte ne kerkim nderkombetar per shkak se akuzohet direkt si autori i nje atentati te kryer ne komunen e Ulqinit, ne Malin e Zi, me date 4 korrik 2021, ku mbeti i vrare shtetasi malazes Mom\u00e7illo Gjurishi\u00e7 68 vje\u00e7.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Policia e Malit t\u00eb Zi, hetoi per me shume se tre muaj e gjysem, duke bashkepunuar dhe me policine shqiptare, deri sa arriti te provonte se kush ishin autoret e vrasjes se 4 korrikut te vitit te kaluar ne Ulqin.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Ne nje konference shtypi, me date 12 tetor 2021, policia malazeze deklaroi publikisht se kishte zbardhur atentatin ndaj Mom\u00e7illo Gjurishi\u00e7.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Sipas policise se Malit te Zi, autoret e ketij krimi jane shtetasit shqiptar,<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Vin\u00e7enc Piroli, 34 vje\u00e7 dhe Dorjan Lala 35 vje\u00e7, me origjine nga Kurbini.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Shefi i Sektorit kund\u00ebr kriminalitet dhe korrupsionit, Aleksandar Boshkovi\u00e7 deklaroi se dy shqiptar\u00ebt jan\u00eb t\u00eb dyshuarit kryesor\u00eb p\u00ebr vrasjen, pasi jan\u00eb gjetur prova t\u00eb mjaftueshme kundrejt tyre.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u201cZyrtar\u00ebt e sektorit kund\u00ebr kriminalitetit nga Policia e Ulqinit dhe e Tivarit ne Mal t\u00eb Zi kane kall\u00ebzuar penalisht, dy shtetas shqiptar\u00eb Vin\u00e7enc Piroli 34 vje\u00e7 dhe Dorjan Lala 35 vje\u00e7, te cilet jan\u00eb t\u00eb dyshuarit kryesor\u00eb p\u00ebr vrasjen e Mom\u00e7illo Gjurishiqit me 4 korrik 2021 n\u00eb Ulqin.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Boshkovi\u00e7 tha se \u201cgjat\u00eb hetimit jan\u00eb dokumentuar prova te mjaftueshme q\u00eb jan\u00eb shfryt\u00ebzuar gjate largimit nga vendi i ngjarjes, si dhe \u00ebsht\u00eb zbuluar drejtimi i arratis\u00eb s\u00eb autoreve\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Nga hetimi i policise malazeze ka rezultuar se autoret jane futur ne territorin e Malit te Zi ne menyre legale ne oret e para te 4 korrikut.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Ata jane larguar ne drejtim te Shqiperise menjehere pasi kane kryer krimin ne Ulqin, permes pikes se kalimit kufitar Sukobine-Muriqan.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Atentati i 68 vje\u00e7arit Mom\u00e7illo Gjurishi\u00e7, dyshohet se eshte kryer nga vrases me pagese, te cilet jane kontraktuar per te kryer krimin per motive te hakmarrjes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Ne 2 mars te vitit 2017, djali i viktimes, Savo Gjurishiq 29 vje\u00e7, vrau me arme zjarri ne qytetin e Ulqinit, shtetasin nga Kosova, Beq\u00eb Likaj 53 vje\u00e7.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Autori u kap vetem 20 minuta pas krimit dhe familjaret e tij u shprehen te shqetesuar, se i druheshin nje hakmarrje nga 3 vellezerit e tjere te viktimes nga Kosova.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Policia malazeze dyshon se te afermit e viktimes nga Kosova, kane paguar per tu hakmarre, dy vrasesit nga Shqiperia.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Djali i Mom\u00e7illo Gjurishi\u00e7, Savo Gjurishi\u00e7, u denua si autor i vrasjes se 53 vje\u00e7arit nga Kosova. Por te afermit e Likajt, kane mbetur te pakenaqur nga ky vendim, dhe kane menduar ta vendosin vet drejtesine.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Sipas hetimeve te policise malazeze, rezulton se vrasja e 68 vje\u00e7arit Mom\u00e7illo Gjurishi\u00e7, perpara lokalit te tij ne Ulqin, eshte kryer nga Vin\u00e7enc Piroli, ndersa Dorjan Lala ka patur rolin e ndihmesit.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Edhe pse jane shpallur ne kerkim nderkombetar nga 12 tetori i vitit te kaluar, Vin\u00e7enc Piroli dhe Dorjan Lala kane vazhduar te qendrojne te lire ne territorin e Shqiperise, deri sa sot pasdite, Piroli ka rene prej e nje atentati te papritur.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\t\t<style
