M., 45 vje\u00e7, banues n\u00eb lagjen \u2018Vasil Shanto\u2019, Shkod\u00ebr, pasi n\u00eb vendin e quajtur \u2018Sheshi Rusit\u2019\u2019, n\u00eb lagjen Partizani, Shkod\u00ebr, duke drejtuar nj\u00eb mjet autoambulanc\u00eb ka humbur kontrollin dhe si pasoj\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebrplasur me dy mjete t\u00eb tjera, duke shkaktuar vet\u00ebm d\u00ebme materiale.<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p><em><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Gjat\u00eb kryerjes s\u00eb alkooltestit, drejtuesi i autoambulanc\u00ebs, shtetasi P.
