Agjencia n\u00eb fillim t\u00eb k\u00ebtij viti mblodhi t\u00eb dh\u00ebna, duke p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb informacionin e vendndodhjes gjeografike nga antenat celulare, “p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb urgjenc\u00ebs s\u00eb pandemis\u00eb”<\/em>, tha nj\u00eb z\u00ebdh\u00ebn\u00ebs i PHAC p\u00ebr National Post. T\u00eb dh\u00ebnat e gjurmimit t\u00eb qytetar\u00ebve dyshohet se jan\u00eb p\u00ebrdorur vet\u00ebm p\u00ebr t\u00eb vler\u00ebsuar efektivitetin e masave t\u00eb bllokimit dhe p\u00ebr t\u00eb identifikuar lidhjet e mundshme midis l\u00ebvizjes s\u00eb njer\u00ebzve dhe p\u00ebrhapjes s\u00eb Covid-19.<\/span><\/p>\n

RT<\/a> <\/span>shkruan se PHAC e mori informacionin, i cili u \u201c\u00e7identifikua dhe u grumbullua\u201d,<\/em> n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet nj\u00eb kontraktori t\u00eb jasht\u00ebm, gjigantit kanadez t\u00eb telekomunikacionit Telus. Kontrata zgjati nga marsi i kaluar deri n\u00eb tetor dhe PHAC tha se nuk kishte m\u00eb akses n\u00eb k\u00ebto t\u00eb dh\u00ebna pas skadimit t\u00eb marr\u00ebveshjes.<\/span><\/p>\n

Megjithat\u00eb, agjencia planifikon t\u00eb gjurmoj\u00eb n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb ngjashme l\u00ebvizjet e qytetar\u00ebve gjat\u00eb pes\u00eb viteve t\u00eb ardhshme me q\u00ebllime t\u00eb tilla si parandalimi i p\u00ebrhapjes s\u00eb s\u00ebmundjeve t\u00eb tjera infektive dhe p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsimi i sh\u00ebndetit mendor. PHAC jav\u00ebn e kaluar publikoi nj\u00eb njoftim p\u00ebr kontraktor\u00ebt e mundsh\u00ebm q\u00eb k\u00ebrkonin t\u00eb dh\u00ebna anonime celulare q\u00eb datojn\u00eb q\u00eb nga janari 2019 dhe q\u00eb zgjat t\u00eb pakt\u00ebn deri n\u00eb maj 2023.<\/span><\/p>\n

Kritik\u00ebt argumentuan se gjurmimi i qytetar\u00ebve nga qeveria ka t\u00eb ngjar\u00eb t\u00eb jet\u00eb m\u00eb i gjer\u00eb se sa \u00ebsht\u00eb zbuluar dhe mund t\u00eb b\u00ebhet m\u00eb shqet\u00ebsues n\u00eb vitet n\u00eb vijim.<\/span><\/p>\n
