Gjykata e Apelit n\u00eb Serbi ka refuzuar ankes\u00ebn e Kryetarit t\u00eb K\u00ebshillit Komb\u00ebtar Shqiptar t\u00eb Lugin\u00ebs s\u00eb Preshev\u00ebs, Ragmi Mustafi ndaj vendimit t\u00eb Gjykat\u00ebs s\u00eb Lart\u00eb n\u00eb Beograd, lidhur me padin\u00eb ndaj Ministrit t\u00eb Brendsh\u00ebm serb, Aleksander Vulin p\u00ebr gjuh\u00eb t\u00eb urrejtjes dhe p\u00ebrdorimin e termit fyes p\u00ebr shqiptar\u00ebt.<\/span><\/p>\n

Vendimin e ka b\u00ebr\u00eb publik Mustafi p\u00ebrmes nj\u00eb postimi n\u00eb Facebook, ku shkruan se \u00ebsht\u00eb hedhur posht\u00eb padia e tij ndaj ministrit serb t\u00eb Mbrojtjes.<\/span><\/p>\n

Me k\u00ebt\u00eb veprim sipas Ragmit, Gjykata e Apelit n\u00eb Beograd ka legalizuar termin fyes p\u00ebr shqiptar\u00ebt “\u0161iptari”.<\/span><\/p>\n

Por ai shton se betej\u00ebn ligjore do ta vazhdoj\u00eb edhe n\u00eb Gjykat\u00ebn Kushtetuese.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cEdhe Gjykata e Apelit legalizon termin fyes \u2018\u0161iptari\u2019 dhe institucionalizon gjuh\u00ebn e urrejtjes. Vazhdojm\u00eb n\u00eb Gjykat\u00ebn kushtetuese! Gjykata e Apelit ka \u2018refuzuar ankes\u00ebn si t\u00eb pabazuar t\u00eb padit\u00ebsit dhe v\u00ebrteton aktgjykimin e Gjykat\u00ebs s\u00eb Lart\u00eb n\u00eb Beograd\u2019, n\u00eb padin\u00eb ndaj Ministrit t\u00eb Pun\u00ebve t\u00eb Brendshme t\u00eb Republik\u00ebs s\u00eb Serbis\u00eb, z.Aleksand\u00ebr Vullin, p\u00ebr v\u00ebrtetimin e qasjes diskriminuese dhe p\u00ebrdorimin e gjuh\u00ebs s\u00eb urrejtjes ndaj shqiptar\u00ebve.\u201d-<\/em> shkruan Mustafi.<\/span><\/p>\n

Lidhur me k\u00ebt\u00eb Mustafi ka nj\u00eb thirrje p\u00ebr institucionet nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare, q\u00eb u k\u00ebrkon t\u00eb reagojn\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb parandaluar gjuh\u00ebn e urrejtjes ndaj minoriteteve n\u00eb Serbi.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cI b\u00ebj thirrje BE-s\u00eb, OSBE-s\u00eb dhe SHBA-s\u00eb t\u00eb reagojn\u00eb ndaj Beogradit zyrtar dhe ta parandalojn\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn e urrejtjes kund\u00ebr minoriteteve n\u00eb Serbi, sepse lirimi i Ministrit Vulin nga akuzat e gjuh\u00ebs s\u00eb urrejtjes, intoleranc\u00ebs dhe diskriminimit, \u2018legalizon\u2019, diskriminimin, ksenofobin\u00eb dhe racizmin ndaj shqiptar\u00ebve q\u00eb jetojn\u00eb n\u00eb Republik\u00ebn e Serbis\u00eb e gjetk\u00eb.\u201d<\/em>– shkruan Mustafi.<\/span><\/p>\n
