N\u00eb pjes\u00ebn e hyrjes, evidentohen faktor\u00ebt plot\u00ebsuese t\u00eb barutit dhe djegies s\u00eb l\u00ebkur\u00ebs.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Me k\u00ebt\u00eb ekspertiz\u00eb p\u00ebrjashtohet dyshimi se Kacifas \u00ebsht\u00eb vrar\u00eb nga forcat RENEA, por se ai ka vrar\u00eb veten.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Ngjarja e r\u00ebnd\u00eb ndodhi m\u00eb 28 tetor 2018, ku 35-vje\u00e7ari Kacifa q\u00eblloi m\u00eb arm\u00eb automatike ndaj nj\u00eb patrulle policie n\u00eb fshatin Bularat.
