K\u00ebto dokumente dhe p\u00ebrdorimi i t\u00eb dh\u00ebnave t\u00eb an\u00ebtar\u00ebve nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb autorizuar nga asnj\u00eb organ p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsues i Partis\u00eb Demokratike t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb, dhe p\u00ebr pasoj\u00eb ato jan\u00eb dokumente t\u00eb paligjshme dhe t\u00eb falsifikuara, t\u00eb prodhura nga persona t\u00eb paidentifikuar dhe q\u00eb nuk p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsojn\u00eb asnj\u00eb organ t\u00eb Partis\u00eb Demokratike t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb. Ky veprim synon t\u00eb d\u00ebmtoj\u00eb interesin politik t\u00eb Partis\u00eb Demokratike, duke e shfaqur at\u00eb n\u00eb syt\u00eb e opinionit publik si nj\u00eb celul\u00eb ilegale, ku cilido p\u00ebr interesin e tij personal mund t\u00eb p\u00ebrdor simbolet e PD apo t\u00eb dh\u00ebnat e an\u00ebtar\u00ebve t\u00eb PD.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><em>N\u00eb p\u00ebrputhje me nenin 6 t\u00eb Statutit t\u00eb PD, ku theksohet se simbolet e Partis\u00eb Demokratike p\u00ebrdoren vet\u00ebm nga organet p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsuese t\u00eb PDSH-s\u00eb ose me autorizim t\u00eb tyre, k\u00ebrkoj p\u00ebrcjelljen e informacionit t\u00eb plot\u00eb dhe t\u00eb dokumentuar mbi personat q\u00eb n\u00eb Deg\u00ebt respektive administrojn\u00eb, shp\u00ebrndajn\u00eb apo prodhojn\u00eb dokumente t\u00eb tilla t\u00eb paligjshme dhe t\u00eb falsifikuara, duke keqp\u00ebrdorur t\u00eb dh\u00ebnat e an\u00ebtar\u00ebve t\u00eb PDSH.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><em>Duke ju uruar pun\u00eb t\u00eb mbar\u00eb,<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><em>Sekretari i P\u00ebrgjithsh\u00ebm<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><em>Gazment Bardhi<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false,"gt_translate_keys":[{"key":"rendered","format":"html"}]},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Sekretari i P\u00ebrgjithsh\u00ebm i Partis\u00eb Demokratike ka reaguar n\u00eb lidhje me publikimin e emrave t\u00eb delegat\u00ebve t\u00eb Kuvendit nga nism\u00ebtar\u00ebt e Foltores.
