Pandemia e Covid-19 ka shkaktuar nivele t\u00eb larta t\u00eb \u201cdembelizmit\u201d n\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb vendin.<\/span><\/p>\n

Personat n\u00eb mosh\u00eb pune q\u00eb nuk po k\u00ebrkojn\u00eb nj\u00eb pun\u00eb u rrit\u00ebn me ritme t\u00eb larta gjat\u00eb pandemis\u00eb, por edhe pas kalimit t\u00eb val\u00ebs s\u00eb dyt\u00eb, fenomeni mbeti i lart\u00eb sidomos n\u00eb qytetet e Tiran\u00ebs, Dibr\u00ebs dhe Lezh\u00ebs, raportoi INSTAT, nd\u00ebrsa n\u00eb disa qarqe si Gjirokastra dhe Kor\u00e7a, shkalla e riaktivitetit u rrit m\u00eb tej pas karantin\u00ebs.<\/span><\/p>\n

Qyteti i Lezh\u00ebs u rendit i pari p\u00ebr nivelin e lart\u00eb t\u00eb inaktivitetit t\u00eb popullsis\u00eb n\u00eb mosh\u00eb pune n\u00eb tremujorin e dyt\u00eb t\u00eb vitit. INSTAT raportoi se 55% e popullsis\u00eb n\u00eb mosh\u00eb pune nuk jan\u00eb n\u00eb k\u00ebrkim t\u00eb pun\u00ebs n\u00eb tremujorin e dyt\u00eb t\u00eb vitit 2021, ky tregues ishte 60% n\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebn periudh\u00eb t\u00eb vitit 2020, dhe 45.7% n\u00eb vitin 2019 (Popullsia jo-ekonomikisht aktive p\u00ebrfshin t\u00eb gjith\u00eb personat t\u00eb cil\u00ebt nuk jan\u00eb klasifikuar si t\u00eb pun\u00ebsuar ose t\u00eb papun\u00eb \u2013 pra, nx\u00ebn\u00ebs\/student\u00eb, sht\u00ebpiak\u00eb, n\u00eb pension, t\u00eb paaft\u00eb, t\u00eb papun\u00eb t\u00eb dekurajuar).<\/span><\/p>\n

Pas Lezh\u00ebs, Dibra rendit e dyta p\u00ebr nivelin\u00a0 e lart\u00eb t\u00eb inaktivitetit me 51% t\u00eb popullsis\u00eb n\u00eb mosh\u00eb pune. Inaktiviteti n\u00eb Dib\u00ebr gjat\u00eb k\u00ebtij viti rezultoi m\u00eb i lart\u00eb se gjat\u00eb pandemis\u00eb ku u raportuan 50.2% e popullsis\u00eb n\u00eb mosh\u00eb pune inaktive.<\/span><\/p>\n

Tirana vjen e treta n\u00eb renditje p\u00ebr nivelin e lart\u00eb t\u00eb inaktivitetit, me 44% t\u00eb popullsis\u00eb n\u00eb moshe pun\u00eb q\u00eb nuk po k\u00ebrkon pun\u00eb, nivel i nj\u00ebjt\u00eb tremujorin e dyt\u00eb 2020, ku ishte kulmi i masave kufizuese.<\/span><\/p>\n

N\u00eb an\u00ebn tjet\u00ebr, Gjirokastra \u00ebsht\u00eb qarku me nivelin m\u00eb t\u00eb ul\u00ebt t\u00eb inaktivitetit me vet\u00ebm 29,9% t\u00eb popullsis\u00eb n\u00eb moshe pune me rritje gati dy pik\u00eb n\u00eb krahasim me periudh\u00ebn e karantin\u00ebs ku popullsia inaktive ishte 27.8%.<\/span><\/p>\n

M\u00eb tej Elbasani renditet i dyti p\u00ebr shkall\u00ebn e ul\u00ebt t\u00eb inaktivitetit, me 32.7% t\u00eb popullsis\u00eb n\u00eb mosh\u00eb pune n\u00eb tremujorin e dyt\u00eb 2021 me nj\u00eb r\u00ebnie gati 7 pik\u00eb p\u00ebrqindje n\u00eb krahasim me t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebn periudh\u00eb t\u00eb vitit 2020 kur ishin karantina totale.<\/span><\/p>\n

Kor\u00e7a gjithashtu \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb nga qarqet me nivelin m\u00eb t\u00eb ul\u00ebt t\u00eb popullsis\u00eb inaktive me vet\u00ebm 34.5% t\u00eb personave n\u00eb mosh\u00eb pune, me nj\u00eb rritje t\u00eb 3 pik\u00eb p\u00ebrqindje n\u00eb raport me periudh\u00ebn e karantin\u00ebs.<\/span><\/p>\n

Treguesit e inaktivitetit n\u00eb tregun e pun\u00ebs vijn\u00eb paradoksal\u00eb n\u00eb disa qarqe, pasi\u00a0 v\u00ebrehet rritje n\u00eb raport me periudh\u00ebs e mbylljes totale n\u00eb tremujorin e dyt\u00eb 2020.<\/span><\/p>\n

Instituti i Vjen\u00ebs p\u00ebr Studime Nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare koh\u00ebt e fundit ka analizuar se, statistikat e pun\u00ebsimit fshehin fenomenin e emigracionit. P.sh. nj\u00eb pjes\u00eb e madhe e uljes s\u00eb papun\u00ebsis\u00eb para pandemis\u00eb i atribuohej niveleve t\u00eb larta t\u00eb emigrimit q\u00eb zbrazi popullsin\u00eb e papun\u00eb dhe liroi vendet e pun\u00ebs p\u00ebr pjes\u00ebn tjet\u00ebr.<\/span><\/p>\n

Pavar\u00ebsisht nivelit t\u00eb lart\u00eb t\u00eb inaktivitetit, shum\u00eb biznese q\u00eb shfryt\u00ebzojn\u00eb krahun e lir\u00eb t\u00eb pun\u00ebs si fasoni, nd\u00ebrtimi dhe Bujq\u00ebsia po vuajn\u00eb munges\u00ebn e punonj\u00ebsve.<\/span><\/p>\n
