Po k\u00ebshtu ai k\u00ebrkoi q\u00eb list\u00ebs s\u00eb dshmitar\u00ebve t\u2019u shtohen edhe deputet\u00ebt demokrat\u00eb Mziu, Vokshi e Bardhi.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Alibeaj: \u201c<em>Bashkia Tiran\u00eb dhe Bashkia Vlor\u00eb nuk i jan\u00eb p\u00ebrgjigjur detyrimit ligjor p\u00ebr t\u00eb sjell\u00eb n\u00eb komisionin hetimor p\u00ebr zgjedhjet dokumentet e k\u00ebrkuara. T\u00eb dyja bashkive u \u00ebsht\u00eb k\u00ebrkuar t\u00eb sjellin informacion p\u00ebr pun\u00ebsimet nga 1 Janar 2020-31 Prill 2021. P\u00ebr Bashkin\u00eb Tiran\u00eb ka edhe nj\u00eb k\u00ebrkes\u00eb tjet\u00ebr p\u00ebr t\u00eb sjell\u00eb informacion p\u00ebr shp\u00ebrblimin p\u00ebr t\u00ebrmetin. K\u00ebto dy bashki nuk kan\u00eb kthyer p\u00ebrgjigje. Megjith\u00eb njoftimet e rib\u00ebra 3 her\u00eb, nuk kan\u00eb sjell\u00eb pran\u00eb komisionit asnj\u00eb justifikim ligjor lidhur me mund\u00ebsin\u00eb apo pamund\u00ebsin\u00eb e tyre. Por duke se shkresat dhe k\u00ebrkesat jan\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb tashm\u00eb prej m\u00eb shum\u00eb se 3 jav\u00ebsh, detyrimi p\u00ebr p\u00ebrgjigje \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb baz\u00eb edhe t\u00eb vendosjes s\u00eb afatit n\u00eb k\u00ebrkes\u00eb.\u00a0 Minimalisht kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb indiferenc\u00eb dhe neglizhenc\u00eb. \u00cbsht\u00eb detyrim ligjor p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjith\u00eb an\u00ebtar\u00ebt p\u00ebr t\u00eb reaguar ligj\u00ebrisht ndaj k\u00ebsaj qasjeje. Shkresat jan\u00eb d\u00ebrguar prej m\u00eb shum\u00eb se 3 jav\u00eb p\u00ebrpara. Detyrimi p\u00ebr p\u00ebrgjigje \u00ebsht\u00eb sipas afateve q\u00eb vendos komisioni. Ne duhet t\u00eb reagojm\u00eb, pasi sa her\u00eb v\u00ebrehet nj\u00eb indiferenc\u00eb, n\u00eb rastin m\u00eb t\u00eb mir\u00eb, nuk ka m\u00eb justifikon ligjor. \u00cbsht\u00eb detyrim ligjor q\u00eb t\u00eb reagojm\u00eb ligj\u00ebrisht ndaj ketij qendrimi. N\u00eb p\u00ebrfundim t\u00eb k\u00ebsaj mbledhje do t\u00eb depozitohet kall\u00ebzimi penal p\u00ebr shp\u00ebrdorim detyre.&#8221;<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Gogu: \u201c<em>Mendoj q\u00eb duhet t\u00eb presim informacionin, se edhe sh\u00ebrbimet postare funksionojn\u00eb t\u00eb ndryshe. Por jam i sigurt\u00eb se informacioni \u00ebsht\u00eb duke mb\u00ebrritur. Jeni duke humbur koh\u00eb, pasi instituciinet po zbatojn\u00eb afatet. T\u00eb dyja pretendimet q\u00eb ngren\u00eb koleg\u00ebet hidhen posht\u00eb nga moria e informacionit q\u00eb ka ardhur. T\u00eb kalojm\u00eb tek pika tjet\u00ebr e rendit t\u00eb dit\u00ebs. Ne duam t\u00eb hetojm\u00eb s\u00eb bashku, ju doni t\u00eb vet\u00eb p\u00ebrjashtoheni.
