B., 39 vje\u00e7, banues n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb, p\u00ebr veprat penale \u201cVjedhje e energjis\u00eb elektrike kryer n\u00eb bashk\u00ebpunim\u201d dhe \u201cNd\u00ebrtim i paligjsh\u00ebm\u201d;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">E. D., 45 vje\u00e7, banues n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb, me detyr\u00eb Shef Ekipi Operativ OSHEE. T\u00eb tre t\u00eb dyshuar p\u00ebr vepr\u00ebn penale \u201cShp\u00ebrdorimi i detyr\u00ebs\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb, u shpall\u00ebn n\u00eb k\u00ebrkim policor shtetasit:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u2013 E. K., 32 vje\u00e7, i dyshuar p\u00ebr veprat penale \u201cProdhimi dhe shitja e narkotik\u00ebve\u201d dhe \u201cVjedhja e energjis\u00eb elektrike\u201d;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u2013 H.K., 65 vje\u00e7, i dyshuar p\u00ebr vepr\u00ebn penale \u201cVjedhja e energjis\u00eb elektrike\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Seksioni p\u00ebr Hetimin e Narkotik\u00ebve t\u00eb Drejtoris\u00eb Vendore t\u00eb Policis\u00eb Tiran\u00eb ka kryer kontrolle n\u00eb disa banesa, dhe gjat\u00eb kontrollit kan\u00eb konstatuar se:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">N\u00eb banes\u00ebn e shtetasit E.K., dhe M.K., jan\u00eb gjetur disa sende t\u00eb kundraligjshme si peshore q\u00eb sh\u00ebrbente p\u00ebr shp\u00ebrndarjen e l\u00ebnd\u00ebs narkotike dhe municion luftarak.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Nj\u00ebkoh\u00ebsisht n\u00eb banes\u00ebn e shtetasit B. B., u konstatua se po kryente nj\u00eb nd\u00ebrtim t\u00eb paligjsh\u00ebm.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Gjat\u00eb kontrollit t\u00eb kryer n\u00eb nj\u00eb ambient bodrum, n\u00eb pjes\u00ebn e pasme t\u00eb nd\u00ebrtes\u00ebs s\u00eb pallatit ku ndodheshin apartamentet e shtetasve t\u00eb lartp\u00ebrmendur, u konstatua nj\u00eb lidhje e paligjshme energjie elektrike, e cila n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet nj\u00eb kabulli kalonte n\u00eb drejtim t\u00eb banes\u00ebs ku banonin shtetasit M. K., dhe B. B.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">K\u00ebta shtetas kan\u00eb bashk\u00ebpunuar n\u00eb vjedhjen e energjis\u00eb elektrike me shtetasin E.K.,dhe H.K., nd\u00ebrsa shtetasi E. M., ka pasur dijeni mbi vjedhjen e energjis\u00eb elektrike dhe nuk e ka kall\u00ebzuar n\u00eb organet ligjzbatuese.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb, nga hetimet rezultoi se lidhur me rastin e vjedhjes s\u00eb energjis\u00eb elektrike, kan\u00eb shp\u00ebrdoruar detyr\u00ebn punonj\u00ebsit e OSHEE-s\u00eb E. D., A. S., dhe P.
