Ka nj\u00eb nen t\u00eb caktuar p\u00ebr organizatat partnere q\u00eb tregon funksionimin dhe pavar\u00ebsin\u00eb e organizatave partnere n\u00eb statusin e PD-s\u00eb, i cili n\u00eb asnj\u00eb nen nuk flet p\u00ebr nj\u00eb kompetenc\u00eb t\u00eb kryetarit p\u00ebr t\u00eb shpallur zgjedhjet n\u00eb nj\u00eb organizat\u00eb partnere. Kreu i PD-s\u00eb udh\u00ebheq, monitoron, shpall vakanca, komandon, ka t\u00eb drejt\u00ebn e nd\u00ebrhyrjes brenda strukturave t\u00eb PD-s\u00eb. FRPD \u00ebsht\u00eb organizat\u00eb partnere.
