Merrte apo nuk merrte p\u00ebrgjigje. E nj\u00ebjta gj\u00eb do ndodh\u00eb edhe sot. Do t\u2019i drejtohet institucionit dhe do t\u00eb marr\u00eb p\u00ebrgjigje nga institucioni i linj\u00ebs, por me nj\u00eb ndryshim q\u00eb dixhitalizohet marr\u00ebdh\u00ebnia e qytetarit dhe nuk do ket\u00eb mund\u00ebsi t\u00eb ngel\u00eb n\u00eb sirtar.
