Hoxha tha p\u00ebr \u201c<span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><a style=\"color: #0000ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.syri.net\/kronike\/459002\/video-ekskluzive-dhunohet-barbarisht-nga-policia-e-lushnjes-nje-qytetar-nga-elbasani\/\">Syri TV<\/a><\/span>\u201d se fillimisht i jan\u00eb k\u00ebrkuar dokumentet, leja e qarkullimit dhe patenta, por efektivi \u00ebsht\u00eb acaruar kur ka par\u00eb q\u00eb Hoxha ishte \u201clive\u201d n\u00eb rrjetet sociale p\u00ebrmes celularit t\u00eb tij. H., 28 vje\u00e7, banues n\u00eb Drenovic\u00eb, Berat), i cili ka refuzuar t\u00eb jap\u00eb dokumentet e identifikimit, duke fyer dhe kanosur p\u00ebr jet\u00ebn efektiv\u00ebt e Policis\u00eb.<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><em>Sh\u00ebrbimet e Policis\u00eb kan\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb shoq\u00ebrimin forc\u00ebrisht t\u00eb shtetasit A. H., n\u00eb Komisariatin e Policis\u00eb Lushnj\u00eb.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Duke qen\u00eb se edhe sh\u00ebrbimet e Policis\u00eb edhe shtetasi i shoq\u00ebruar kan\u00eb patur pretendimet respektive, \u00ebsht\u00eb njoftuar Prokuroria e Rrethit Gjyq\u00ebsor Lushnj\u00eb, e cila ka v\u00ebn\u00eb n\u00eb dispozicion nj\u00eb oficer t\u00eb Policis\u00eb Gjyq\u00ebsore t\u00eb Prokuroris\u00eb, p\u00ebr t\u00eb kryer veprimet.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Nga ana e oficerit t\u00eb Policis\u00eb Gjyq\u00ebsore t\u00eb Prokuroris\u00eb jan\u00eb administruar kall\u00ebzimet e punonj\u00ebsve t\u00eb Policis\u00eb, kall\u00ebzimi i shtetasit A. H., k\u00ebqyrja dhe vendimi i ekspertimit mjeko-ligjor p\u00ebr shtetasin A.
