Prokuroria Themelore e Prishtin\u00ebs ka arrestuar sot nj\u00eb ish-punonj\u00ebs t\u00eb Inteligjenc\u00ebs s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, i cili dyshohet se ka zbuluar informacione t\u00eb klasifikuara q\u00eb kan\u00eb rrezikuar sigurin\u00eb e vendit.<\/span><\/p>\n

Ndalohet nj\u00eb person p\u00ebr keqp\u00ebrdorim t\u00eb pozit\u00ebs apo autoritetit zyrtar, keqp\u00ebrdorim t\u00eb informat\u00ebs zyrtare, hyrje n\u00eb sistemet kompjuterike, zbulim t\u00eb informacioneve t\u00eb klasifikuara dhe mos ruajtje e informacioneve t\u00eb klasifikuara dhe fotografim e incizimet tjera t\u00eb paautorizuara<\/span><\/p>\n

Prishtin\u00eb, 21 tetor 2021\u2013 Prokuroria Themelore n\u00eb Prishtin\u00eb, njofton opinionin publik se Departamenti i Krimeve t\u00eb R\u00ebnda, konkretisht Nj\u00ebsiti p\u00ebr Krime Ekonomike dhe Korrupsion, me aktvendim t\u00eb prokurorit t\u00eb shtetit ka ndaluar n\u00eb koh\u00ebzgjatje prej 48 or\u00ebsh personin me inicialet M.K., p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb dyshimit se i nj\u00ebjti ka kryer veprat penale \u201cKeqp\u00ebrdorimi i pozit\u00ebs apo autoritetit zyrtar\u201d, \u201cKeqp\u00ebrdorimi i informat\u00ebs zyrtare\u201d, \u201cHyrja n\u00eb sistemet kompjuterike\u201d, \u201cZbulimi i informacioneve t\u00eb klasifikuara dhe mos ruajtja e informacioneve t\u00eb klasifikuara\u201d dhe \u201cFotografimi dhe incizimet tjera t\u00eb paautorizuara\u201d, t\u00eb parapara sipas Kodit Penal t\u00eb Republik\u00ebs s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs.<\/span><\/p>\n

Pas nj\u00eb bashk\u00ebpunimi nd\u00ebrmjet AKI-s\u00eb dhe Prokuroris\u00eb Themelore n\u00eb Prishtin\u00eb, po ashtu n\u00eb koordinim edhe me Policin\u00eb e Kosov\u00ebs, sot \u00ebsht\u00eb arrestuar dhe ndaluar personi me inicialet M.K., ish-punonj\u00ebs i AKI-s\u00eb, pasi ekziston dyshimi i bazuar se i nj\u00ebjti, n\u00eb cil\u00ebsin\u00eb e personit zyrtar, ka vepruar me motive t\u00eb dyshimta, duke keqp\u00ebrdorur pozit\u00ebn zyrtare dhe zbuluar informacion t\u00eb klasifikuar, andaj me k\u00ebto veprime dyshohet se personi i lartcekur ka cenuar sigurin\u00eb e Republik\u00ebs s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs.<\/span><\/p>\n
