Rr., 35 vje\u00e7.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Ilmi Kapidani, 52 vje\u00e7, banues n\u00eb Golem, Lushnj\u00eb dhe Agron \u00c7ela, 55 vje\u00e7, banues n\u00eb Karbunar\u00eb, Lushnj\u00eb.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Gjykata e Apelit Durr\u00ebs me vendimin e dat\u00ebs 09.09.2020, i ka d\u00ebnuar shtetasit Ilmi Kapidani dhe Agron \u00c7ela, p\u00ebrkat\u00ebsisht me 4 vite e 8 muaj burg dhe 2 vite e 7 muaj burg p\u00ebr vepr\u00ebn penale \u201cProdhim dhe shitje t\u00eb l\u00ebnd\u00ebve narkotike\u201d e kryer n\u00eb bashk\u00ebpunim.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">K\u00ebta shtetas jan\u00eb autor\u00eb t\u00eb ngjarjes s\u00eb ndodhur n\u00eb dat\u00eb 14.03.2019 ku pran\u00eb stacionit t\u00eb trenit n\u00eb Lushnj\u00eb, Policia sekuestroi nj\u00eb sasi rreth 21 kg l\u00ebnd\u00eb narkotike n\u00eb form\u00eb \u00e7okollate.
