Nj\u00eb deklarat\u00eb q\u00eb i atribuohet udh\u00ebheq\u00ebsit suprem t\u00eb taleban\u00ebve Mawlawi Hibatullah Akhundzada i tha qeveris\u00eb t\u00eb respektoj\u00eb ligjin e Sheriatit.<\/span><\/p>\n

Taliban\u00ebt duan “marr\u00ebdh\u00ebnie t\u00eb forta dhe t\u00eb sh\u00ebndetshme me fqinj\u00ebt dhe t\u00eb gjitha vendet e tjera t\u00eb bazuara n\u00eb respekt dhe nd\u00ebrveprim reciprok<\/em>“, thuhet n\u00eb deklarat\u00ebn e publikuar n\u00eb anglisht – me paralajm\u00ebrimin se ata do t\u00eb respektojn\u00eb ligjet dhe traktatet nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare “q\u00eb nuk jan\u00eb n\u00eb konflikt me Islamin ligjin dhe vlerat komb\u00ebtare t\u00eb vendit \u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n

Hibatullah Akhundzada nuk ka b\u00ebr\u00eb asnj\u00ebher\u00eb dalje publike. Ky \u00ebsht\u00eb mesazhi i par\u00eb q\u00eb vjen nga ai q\u00eb kur taleban\u00ebt mor\u00ebn kontrollin muajin e kaluar.<\/span><\/p>\n
