A mund t\u00eb eksportohet demokracia apo ajo qenka e paeksportueshme? Kjo dilem\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb kthyer n\u00eb v\u00ebmendje t\u00eb inteligjencies per\u00ebndimore tani me katastrof\u00ebn politike nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare t\u00eb radh\u00ebs q\u00eb ndodh n\u00eb Afganistan.<\/span><\/p>\n

Demokracia edhe mund t\u00eb eksportohet, por pa harruar q\u00eb ajo u drejtohet njer\u00ebzve inteligjent\u00eb. Ku nuk ka njer\u00ebz inteligjent\u00eb, demokracia nuk prodhon rezultate demokratike. P\u00ebrkundrazi, ajo shnd\u00ebrrohet ose n\u00eb kaos ose n\u00eb autoritariz\u00ebm.<\/span><\/p>\n

Ja shembulli: shuma marramend\u00ebse e shpenzuar nga Per\u00ebndimi n\u00eb Afganistan nuk u destinua as n\u00eb arsim, as n\u00eb edukim, por n\u00eb armatim. N\u00ebse trilioni $ do t\u00eb ishte sht\u00ebn\u00eb n\u00eb pun\u00eb n\u00eb arsim dhe infrastruktur\u00eb, p\u00ebr 20 vjet Afganistani do t\u00eb ishte b\u00ebr\u00eb tanim\u00eb Zvic\u00ebr.
