Senati me 69 vota pro dhe 30 kund\u00ebr miratoi t\u00eb mart\u00ebn projekligjin dypartiak mbi infrastruktur\u00ebn me nj\u00eb vler\u00eb prej 1 trilion dollar\u00ebsh.<\/span><\/p>\n

Paketa p\u00ebrfshin rreth 550 miliard\u00eb dollar\u00eb n\u00eb shpenzime t\u00eb reja q\u00eb do t\u00eb p\u00ebrdor\u00ebn p\u00ebr nd\u00ebrtimin e rrug\u00ebve, sistemeve ujore dhe p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsimin e qasjes n\u00eb internet me shpejt\u00ebsi t\u00eb lart\u00eb.<\/span><\/p>\n

Votimi i s\u00eb mart\u00ebs vjen pas negociatash t\u00eb gjera mes nj\u00eb grupi ligjv\u00ebn\u00ebsish demokrat\u00eb e republikan\u00eb.<\/span><\/p>\n

Megjithat\u00eb ka nga ata ligjv\u00ebn\u00ebs n\u00eb t\u00eb dyja krah\u00ebt q\u00eb e kund\u00ebrshtojn\u00eb projekligjin. Disa demokrat\u00eb thon\u00eb se ai nuk shkon aq larg sa t\u00eb plot\u00ebsoj\u00eb nevojat e vendit, nd\u00ebrsa ka republikan\u00eb q\u00eb kund\u00ebrshtojn\u00eb fush\u00ebveprimin dhe koston financiare t\u00eb tij.<\/span><\/p>\n

Pavar\u00ebsisht kund\u00ebrshtive paketa mori mb\u00ebshtetjen e 69 senator\u00ebve. Projekligji tani shkon n\u00eb Dhom\u00ebn e P\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsuesve, ku ligjv\u00ebn\u00ebsit pritet ta shqyrtojn\u00eb at\u00eb n\u00eb muajin shtator.<\/span><\/p>\n

Zoti Schumer tha se pas votimit t\u00eb projektligjit mbi infrastruktur\u00ebs, Senati do ta kthej\u00eb v\u00ebmendjen tek nj\u00eb plan 10-vje\u00e7ar, prej 3.5 trilion\u00eb dollar\u00ebsh, q\u00eb p\u00ebrfshin \u00e7\u00ebshtje t\u00eb tilla edukimi parashkollor papages\u00eb, kolegji falas si dhe q\u00eb parashikon fonde p\u00ebr strehimin e p\u00ebrballuesh\u00ebm e programe mbi energjin\u00eb e past\u00ebr.<\/span><\/p>\n

Kjo paket\u00eb m\u00eb nj\u00eb fatur\u00eb t\u00eb madhe financiare g\u00ebzon mb\u00ebshtetjen e demokrat\u00ebve n\u00eb Senat, por jo t\u00eb republikan\u00ebve. Por demokrat\u00ebt ka t\u00eb ngjar\u00eb t\u00eb ndjekin p\u00ebr miratimin e tij nj\u00eb procedur\u00eb t\u00eb ve\u00e7ant\u00eb parlamentare, q\u00eb do t\u00eb b\u00ebnte t\u00eb mundur q\u00eb projektligji t\u00eb miratohej me nj\u00eb shumic\u00eb t\u00eb thjesht\u00eb, duke shmangur taktikat bllokuese.<\/span><\/p>\n
