N\u00eb Elbasan jan\u00eb arrestuar pes\u00eb persona t\u00eb cil\u00ebt jan\u00eb kapur n\u00eb flagranc\u00eb duke vjedhur banes\u00ebn e nj\u00eb personi n\u00eb lagjen \u2018Emin Matraxhiu\u2019. <\/span><\/p>\n

Grupi i personave dyshohet se ka kryer edhe disa vjedhje t\u00eb tjera n\u00eb qytet. Te arrestuarit jan\u00eb Limi Llo\u00e7ja, Bernis Murati, Ilmi To\u00e7a, Ermir Baca e Blerti Rran\u00e7i. <\/span><\/p>\n

N\u00eb Vlor\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb prangosur nj\u00eb 32-vje\u00e7ar i shpallur n\u00eb k\u00ebrkim. I riu me iniciale R.Sh. alias J.O. akuzohet p\u00ebr vrasje e arm\u00ebmbajtje pa leje. <\/span><\/p>\n

Arrestimi i tij ka t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb me nj\u00eb ngjarje t\u00eb ndodhur m\u00eb 13 dhjetor 2020 ku gjat\u00eb nj\u00eb konflikti \u00e7asti, ai ka provuar t\u00eb vras\u00eb 38-vje\u00e7arin me iniciale B.A.<\/span><\/p>\n

Njoftimi Elbasan<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cN\u00eb vijim t\u00eb pun\u00ebs p\u00ebr parandalimin e vjedhjes s\u00eb pron\u00ebs, zbardhjen dhe dokumentimin ligjor t\u00eb vjedhjeve t\u00eb ndodhura m\u00eb par\u00eb, nga sh\u00ebrbimet e Komisariatit t\u00eb Policis\u00eb Elbasan, bazuar mbi informacionet e marra n\u00eb rrug\u00eb operative se disa shtetas po tentonin t\u00eb vidhnin n\u00eb nj\u00eb banes\u00eb n\u00eb lagjen \u201cEmin Matraxhiu\u201d n\u00eb Elbasan, u organizua dhe u finalizua m\u00eb sukses operacioni policor i koduar \u201cBanesa e fundit\u201d. Si rezultat i k\u00ebtij operacioni u b\u00eb e mundur kapja dhe arrestimi n\u00eb flagranc\u00eb i shtetasve:<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

L.Ll., 33 vje\u00e7, B. M., 19 vje\u00e7, I. T., 19 vje\u00e7, E. B. 18 vje\u00e7 dhe B. Rr., 18 vje\u00e7, banues n\u00eb Elbasan.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

K\u00ebta shtetas jan\u00eb kapur n\u00eb flagranc\u00eb, n\u00eb mesnat\u00eb, fal\u00eb nd\u00ebrhyrjes n\u00eb koh\u00eb t\u00eb sh\u00ebrbimeve t\u00eb Policis\u00eb, n\u00eb tentativ\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb vjedhur n\u00eb banes\u00ebn e shtetasit P. S., n\u00eb lagjen \u201cEmin Matraxhiu\u201d Elbasan. Nga veprimet e kryera rezulton se k\u00ebta shtetas dyshohen se jan\u00eb autor\u00eb edhe t\u00eb disa vjedhjeve t\u00eb tjera t\u00eb ndodhura m\u00eb par\u00eb. N\u00eb cil\u00ebsin\u00eb e prov\u00ebs materiale u sekuestrua nj\u00eb automjet n\u00eb pron\u00ebsi t\u00eb shtetasit B. Rr., me t\u00eb cilin k\u00ebta shtetas kryenin vjedhjet, si dhe nj\u00eb mjet prer\u00ebs thik\u00eb. Materialet u referuan n\u00eb Prokurorin\u00eb pran\u00eb Gjykat\u00ebs s\u00eb Shkall\u00ebs s\u00eb Par\u00eb Elbasan, p\u00ebr veprat penale \u201cVjedhja\u201d, kryer n\u00eb bashk\u00ebpunim dhe \u201cMbajtja pa leje e arm\u00ebve t\u00eb ftohta\u201d.\u201d<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cVijon puna p\u00ebr kapjen e personave t\u00eb shpallur n\u00eb k\u00ebrkim me rrezikshm\u00ebri shoq\u00ebrore n\u00eb fush\u00ebn e krimeve kund\u00ebr personit dhe arm\u00ebmbajtjes pa leje. Kapet dhe ndalohet nj\u00eb 32-vje\u00e7ar i shpallur n\u00eb k\u00ebrkim, p\u00ebr veprat penale\u00a0 \u201cVrasje me dashje e mbetur n\u00eb tentativ\u00eb\u201d dhe \u201cProdhim e mbajtje pa leje e arm\u00ebve, arm\u00ebve shp\u00ebrthyese dhe municionit\u201d. N\u00eb vijim t\u00eb pun\u00ebs p\u00ebr kapjen e personave t\u00eb shpallur n\u00eb k\u00ebrkim, bazuar edhe n\u00eb informacionet e marra n\u00eb rrug\u00eb operative p\u00ebr vendndodhjen e nj\u00eb personi me rrezikshm\u00ebri shoq\u00ebrore n\u00eb fush\u00ebn e krimeve ndaj personit, strukturat e Drejtoris\u00eb Vendore t\u00eb Policis\u00eb Vlor\u00eb, Forcat e Posa\u00e7me \u201cShqiponja\u201d kan\u00eb lokalizuar dhe v\u00ebn\u00eb n\u00eb pranga shtetasin R. SH alias J. O., banues n\u00eb Vlor\u00eb. Ky shtetas, m\u00eb dat\u00eb 13.12.2020, gjat\u00eb nj\u00eb konflikti t\u00eb \u00e7astit, dyshohet se ka tentuar t\u00eb vrasi me arm\u00eb zjarri, shtetasin B. A., 38 vje\u00e7, banues n\u00eb Vlor\u00eb. M\u00eb par\u00eb n\u00eb lidhje me k\u00ebt\u00eb ngjarje \u00ebsht\u00eb v\u00ebn\u00eb n\u00eb pranga nga Policia shtetasi K. M., 47 vje\u00e7, p\u00ebr vepr\u00ebn penale \u201cMoskallzimi i krimit\u201d.
