Duke folur t\u00eb premten, kryeministri i Hungaris\u00eb akuzoi BE-n\u00eb p\u00ebr vonimin e finalizimit t\u00eb planit t\u00eb rim\u00ebk\u00ebmbjes pandemike t\u00eb vendit, p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb mosmarr\u00ebveshjeve t\u00eb vazhdueshme n\u00eb lidhje me ligjin anti-LGBTQ + t\u00eb zbatuar s\u00eb fundmi t\u00eb vendit an\u00ebtar, t\u00eb titulluar Akti i Mbrojtjes s\u00eb F\u00ebmij\u00ebve.<\/span><\/p>\n

“M\u00ebnyra se si e shoh tani \u00ebsht\u00eb q\u00eb BE do t\u00eb k\u00ebrkoj\u00eb nj\u00eb vones\u00eb dy-mujore n\u00eb rinisjen e bisedimeve mbi planin e rim\u00ebk\u00ebmbjes, por kjo v\u00eb n\u00eb dyshim thelbin e fondit,”<\/em> deklaroi Orban.<\/span><\/p>\n

BE-ja ka pretenduar se plani i rim\u00ebk\u00ebmbjes s\u00eb Hungaris\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00ebn vler\u00ebsim pasi u ngrit\u00ebn shqet\u00ebsime rreth problemeve sistemike me sundimin e ligjit brenda vendit dhe me korrupsionin e mundsh\u00ebm. Sidoqoft\u00eb, Orban e denoncoi k\u00ebt\u00eb si nj\u00eb \u2018histori t\u00eb mbuluar\u2019 p\u00ebr t\u00eb lejuar bllokun t\u00eb ndiqte nj\u00eb \u2018luft\u00eb ideologjike\u2019 kund\u00ebr vendit t\u00eb tij.<\/span><\/p>\n

Akti i Mbrojtjes s\u00eb F\u00ebmij\u00ebve u miratua nga qeveria hungareze p\u00ebr t\u00eb mbrojtur zyrtarisht mir\u00ebqenien e f\u00ebmij\u00ebve dhe p\u00ebr t\u00eb luftuar pedofilin\u00eb, por \u00ebsht\u00eb d\u00ebnuar nga BE-ja dhe grupet e t\u00eb drejtave p\u00ebr diskriminim ndaj individ\u00ebve LGBTQ+.<\/span><\/p>\n

N\u00eb p\u00ebrgjigje t\u00eb ligjit, BE filloi veprimet ligjore kund\u00ebr Hungaris\u00eb, duke e akuzuar at\u00eb si n\u00eb kund\u00ebrshtim me nenin 21 t\u00eb Kart\u00ebs s\u00eb t\u00eb Drejtave Themelore t\u00eb bllokut, i cili thot\u00eb se \u2018stigmatizimi i personave LGBTIQ p\u00ebrb\u00ebn nj\u00eb shkelje t\u00eb qart\u00eb t\u00eb s\u00eb drejt\u00ebs s\u00eb tyre themelore p\u00ebr dinjitet\u2019.<\/span><\/p>\n
