Nj\u00eb shqiptar dhe nj\u00eb britanik, jan\u00eb shpallur fajtor\u00eb p\u00ebr nj\u00eb vrasje t\u00eb dyfisht\u00eb pas nj\u00eb mosmarr\u00ebveshje rreth nj\u00eb borxhi prej 15 mij\u00eb paund\u00ebsh.<\/span><\/p>\n

Si\u00e7 shkruan BBC<\/a> <\/span>m\u00eb 19 dhjetor 2019, u vran\u00eb n\u00eb veri-per\u00ebndim t\u00eb Londr\u00ebs dy shqiptar\u00eb: Shk\u00eblqim Paja, 36-vje\u00e7 dhe Arber Fesko, 30-vje\u00e7.<\/span><\/p>\n

Trupi i Feskos u gjet n\u00eb bagazhin e makin\u00ebs s\u00eb Paj\u00ebs n\u00eb Barnet, nd\u00ebrsa ky i fundit u zbulua n\u00eb nj\u00eb gardh rreth 6 milje larg n\u00eb Elstree, Hertfordshire.<\/span><\/p>\n

Lidhur me ngjarjen, policia arrestoi nj\u00eb person nga Catford, Kiziku Tuwizana, 33 vje\u00e7 si dhe nj\u00eb shtetas shqiptar, Besnik Berisha, 43 vje\u00e7.<\/span><\/p>\n

N\u00eb nj\u00eb seanc\u00eb t\u00eb mbajtur t\u00eb premten e 9 korrikut, dy t\u00eb akuzuarit u shpall\u00ebn fajtor\u00eb nga gjykata.<\/span><\/p>\n

Shkelqim Paja dhe Besnik Berisha njiheshin me nj\u00ebri-tjetrin p\u00ebr rreth tre vjet para vrasjeve. Vitin e fundit, miq\u00ebsia e tyre ishte prishur dhe kjo besohet t\u00eb ket\u00eb ndodhur p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb nj\u00eb shume parash – rreth 15 mij\u00eb paund\u00eb q\u00eb Berisha i detyrohej Shkelqimit.<\/span><\/p>\n

Prokurorja Jane Bickerstaff tha n\u00eb gjyq se Paja me Berish\u00ebn kishin komunikuar me nj\u00ebri-tjetrin vazhdimisht lidhur me parat\u00eb, pasi i pari dyshonte se shoku nuk kishte nd\u00ebrmend t’ja kthente.<\/span><\/p>\n

M\u00eb 3 dhjetor, Paja i kishte d\u00ebrguar mesazh Berish\u00ebs: “Hej shok, m\u00eb duhen parat\u00eb”.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

M\u00eb 18 dhjetor, Paja u mor vesh p\u00ebr t\u00eb takuar Berish\u00ebn dhe i d\u00ebrgoi nj\u00eb sms: “A keni nd\u00ebrmend t\u00eb m’i jepni ato para apo jo?”<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

Zonja Bickerstaff u tha jurist\u00ebve se t\u00eb nes\u00ebrmen, Berisha telefonoi Paj\u00ebn dhe u duk se premtoi t\u00eb paguante at\u00eb q\u00eb i detyrohej.<\/span><\/p>\n

Ai i tha se do ia jepte po at\u00eb nat\u00eb n\u00eb or\u00ebn 20:00, i d\u00ebrgoi m\u00eb pas mesazh duke i treguar vendin se ku ai po e priste.<\/span><\/p>\n

ADN-ja e Tuwizana-s u gjet n\u00eb nj\u00eb thik\u00eb xhepi t\u00eb kuqe pran\u00eb nj\u00eb pellgu me gjak nd\u00ebrsa ajo e Berish\u00ebs ishte n\u00eb nj\u00eb k\u00ebll\u00ebf thike bosh.<\/span><\/p>\n

N\u00eb mbrojtje t\u00eb tij, Berisha pretendoi se Fesko u b\u00eb agresiv dhe e faj\u00ebsoi at\u00eb p\u00ebr nj\u00eb vjedhje t\u00eb m\u00ebparshme n\u00eb banes\u00ebn e tij dhe e goditi at\u00eb n\u00eb kok\u00eb.<\/span><\/p>\n

Ai tha se pas k\u00ebsaj ishin p\u00ebrgjigjur me thika.<\/span><\/p>\n

Tuwizana tha se ai po shkonte n\u00eb Colchester p\u00ebr t\u00eb par\u00eb t\u00eb dashur\u00ebn e tij kur ai nisi makin\u00ebn e viktim\u00ebs me trupin e Feskos brenda.<\/span><\/p>\n

Ai pretendoi se kishte p\u00ebsuar nj\u00eb d\u00ebmtim t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00eb me thik\u00eb dhe ishte rr\u00ebzuar nga viktimat.
